I can analyze the impact of technological changes in Iowa, across time and place I can explain how Iowa's agriculture has changed over time

Farming in the past
In the 1920's a lot of people would farm for five or more hours. They would have to walk and pull it their equipment by hand and horses helped them get around. Farmers mostly walked and they also only planted corn. The farmers have always cared about their farms and they also fed there animals and cared about they're animals and they picked the crops by hand.
Farming in the Past

In the past farming took a long time just to get the corn In. The only thing they ate was corn and they only planted corn to. They also had to wake up super early and they were tired and they had to walk to school and when they got home they had to farm more. For almost their whole life and there were no stores to go to so they did it by hand and then once they were finished they had to wash up for dinner and the men and women farmed and and they took turns making dinner.
Farming in the Past
The kids and the adults harvest in the fall and they did not want the crops to be dead. When they are ready to harvest the farmers go in the fields and pick it by hand. The farmers farming is different then our way. On the farm they had to feed the animals. The animals have to be fed and walked and the horses have to be rode to see of they are okay.

Present
Farming in the Present
Farming in the present is really easy and it is really important to because people need to eat, and farmers plant that food that we eat today. The food we buy is made by the farmers. The farmers do a lot of farming because they care about the people who eat, and the people who buy the food love it. The farmers plant a lot of food for all the years .
Farming now is better then it was in the past because we have tractors and we also have combines. Farming in the present is better then ever because it is quicker and it is better then it was in the past because in the past they farmed about 50 acres. Today farmers farm a lot more!
Farming in the Present
Now in the present we have tractors to help us and we even have tractors that drive by themselves. We also have the coolest things on the back of the tractors that plow our fields. The guy in the picture is fertilizing the crops because he does not want certain types of bugs on his crops.
