This story is dedicated to all children who once in their lives did not believe in fairies

Once upon a time, there was a house in London in which every night Wendy told her children stories about Peter Pan and about how they had met.
JIM: Mom, tell us Peter Pan's story again!
JANE: That's silly stuff. Peter Pan doesn't exist.
WENDY: Jane, it's enough. Don't tell your brother what to believe in.

A few hours later Jane woke up frightened because she heard noises outside the room. She looked through the window and saw a big ship floating in the air. As she thought she was still sleeping, Jane jumped out of the window and hid in the boat's deck.

HOOK: See you, complete idiots? Peter Pan has tricked us again. There's nothing to do here in London. We fly home.
Jane could not believe what she was seeing. Was that man Captain Hook? Where they really flying over London? She was so impressed that she decided not to open her eyes until the boat stopped moving.

HOOK: Who's there? A little girl? What are you doing here?
Jane was about to answer when someone interrupted her.
PETER PAN: Captain Hook, a hostage? You've fallen under.

And suddenly Jane was in Peter Pan's back, flying over Neverland and far away from Hook's ship.
PETER PAN: Who are you?
JANE: I'm Jane.
PETER PAN: And what are you doing here? You can live with me and the lost boys. Yes! You will be their mum.
JANE: I don't want to be here nor to be lost boys' mum. I just wanna go back home.

But they kept flying until they reach Peter Pan's and the lost boys' house. Jane, although she would never admit it, was a bit interested in meeting them.
LOST BOY 1: Wow, a girl! Peter Pan, have you brought us a mum?
PETER PAN: She says she doesn't want to be your mum.
LOST BOY 1: No please, stay with us.
JANE: Okay, calm down. I will stay here for a week but I'll be your sister, not your mother.

Then a little light appeared in the middle of the room.
PETER PAN: Jane, I introduce you to Tinker Bell. She's our friend and the one who gives us pixie dust to fly.
JANE: Oh, nice to meet you Tinker Bell.
But the fairy did not respond and, instead, flew away. Jane could accept that Neverland existed, that Hook and the lost boys existed, even that Peter Pan itself existed, but Tinker Bell? C'mon! She was not able to believe in fairies but she said nothing.

Jane spent the next days with Peter Pan and the lost boys, enjoying their way of living life.
One day, Peter Pan tried to teach her to fly, but she was not able to. Even though he sprinkled her with pixie dust, Jane's feet did not leave the ground.
JANE: I'm mad. Why can't I fly?
PETER PAN: I don't know. Maybe Tinker Bell can help you.

Peter Pan and Jane returned home but did not find the little fairy so they asked for help from the lost boys. They decided to split in order to find Tinker Bell quicker.
Jane started feeling bad. What if Tinker Bell had disappeared because of her not believing in fairies? She was thinking about it when, suddenly, she heard screams.
