Hello! I'm Eva! My friend Addie and I, are on our way to school! It is going to be our first day in 3rd grade! Come explore the day with us! You're invited!

My mom dropped Addie and I off at our new school! "Goodbye, girls!" my mom said. Addie and I waved goodbye to her. My mom waved back and drove off. Let's explore our new school!

Goodbye, girls!

Addie and I walked to our classroom together. "Ok everyone! Take your seats!" the teacher yelled over the class. Addie and I sat down. You can sit down with us too, friend!

"Ok, class! Who knows the answer to this question: What is 2 times 2?" the teacher asked. A girl with orange hair and a pink dress answered. "The answer is 4!" she said.

The answer is 4!

"Great job, Riley!" the teacher said. I smiled at Luna. She smiled back. She is very smart. "Ok, next question! What is 4 times 3?" the teacher asked. I raised my hand. "Yes, Eva?" the teacher said.

Yes, Eva?

"I know the answer!" I yelled. "Okay. Please don't yell. What is the answer?" the teacher said. "Um, sorry. The answer is 10," I said. The boy that sits behind me laughed. I laughed a little with him, before I realized, he wasn't laughing with me, but laughing at me.

HAHAHA!
Is it wrong?

"What?!" I yelled. "You got the easiest question wrong!" the boy yelled back at me. "Please stop, Jonathan. Leave her alone..." the teacher said. Jonathan became quiet.

Okay, stop.

It is now time for recess. Feel free to play with Addie and me! Our teacher's dog played with the whole class. The dog is a girl and her name is Cuddles. Cuddles is super nice. She doesn't bite! I hope Jonathan the Bully doesn't come near me.

Just as I was beginning to forget about Jonathan, Jonathan came and started bothering me and saying mean things to hurt my feelings, when I wasn't with the class. "Hey, loser! You have no friends?" he said. I was scared.

Hey, loser!
Just then, my friend, Riley came to "save me" from the BIG BULLY. "Hey! Leave her alone, Jonathan!" Riley said angrily. "Huh?" Jonathan said. He turned around.

Hey, stop!
"Leave her alone! Come on, Eva, let's go tell the teacher. This is a serious problem!" Riley said. "Thank you, Riley," I said, as we ran to the teacher. "No problem, friend!" Riley said. She smiled.

HEY!!!

Thanks, Riley!
We got to the teacher."Mr. Quin! Jonathan was being a bully to Eva!" Riley said out of breath from running. "I will speak to him about that. That is something I need to address with his parents about now.

Jonathan is a bully!
Thanks, Riley and Eva!" the teacher said. He ran over to Jonathan. Jonathan looked mad. "We did it, Eva!" Riley shouted. "Yep, we did. Thank you so much!" I said. "No problem!" Riley said.

Woof! Woof!
Yay, friend!
