INTRODUCTION

Victor
Let's introduce our book !
You probably feel concerned by climate change and more precisely by global warming.
You surely know the direct consequences of this global warming generated by Humans, but can you tell about the way it affects us ?
Check it out! --------->

I am not particularly concerned about global warming. I know very well that it is a very serious issue and that it needs to be addressed. Only, on our scale, there's not much we can do about it. Frankly, I feel more pain for the planet and the animals that live on it than I do for the human species. These species have asked for nothing and they will surely die because of human stupidity that knows no bounds.
Duriaud Clémence
I think so the Global Warming affect me because he acts on the ecosystem. A big part of this ecosystem is affect by the global warming. The animals are private of their livingspace (koala's trees are burning, whale's oceans disappear). So if the ecoystem is destoyed, the Earth's life is in a great danger, because it's this ecosystem that allows us to live. So we have to protect our beautiful landscapes and our ecosystem.
Maxime Jeunot

Climate change is caused by human activities, such as greenhouse gas emission or intensive farming. Unfortunately, the consequences are great : global warming, drought, famine, natural disasters like flood, tsunami, cyclone, hurricane and so on.

On our scale, we don't necessarily realize that climate change exists and threatens our planet everyday. But we have to become aware of the situation on Earth today and react ! We don't have two planets, our Earth is precious. So start by saving water and using the 3Rs : Recycle, Reduce and Reuse. It's easy ! Adeline

I think I don't really realize the impact of pollution, global warming or the disappearance of many hectares of forest and of millions animal species yet. But I think if it goes on like this, it will be to late to act. We have to act. Because the cause of all this problems is human. But everyone have to act because it isn't going to change with just a few people. It isn't the Earth that must adapt to us, but the opposite. I think we are too egocentric and that we don't think about others enough.
.
There is one thing to remember, we aren't alone on this Earth and we aren't the center of the world.

Damla Ekici
When people speak about global warming I think that I'm not the only one who realize the dramatic effect of rising water. Lot of populations around the world live on the coasts...And fatally if the sea increase all of them will have to leave their homes.They will lose everything they have.And after that where will they go?...

Lucas EPP

When you say Climate Change, I think about rising water, It mean that our life are in danger, and we are responsible of that. Author: Ayman Boudouh
Global warming affects everyone, and no one should take it lightly like some politicians. The goal is to give our descendants a better world than the one we now live in. Some people do not respect the simple actions that help to delay this warming. Of course we can’t stop global warming, but at least try to consume differently what we use, for example, using water sustainably, we have to try to conserve it as much as possible, one day we’ll have more So if people who don’t know that global warming is wreaking havoc get it into their heads that they need to act now to reduce this scourge, that would be a big step for the planet.

When I hear global warming, I think of all the changes it will cause for societies and it is scary because it is very dangerous for the planet. You have to know, there is only one planet, so you have to take care of it. And that goes through very simple gestures. Anyone can fight this phenomenon which causes rising waters, periods of strong heatwaves ...
It is not too late to act so let us be strong and united to try to save our beautiful planet.
Selim BK

When I hear climate change, it kind of scares me because well, I didn't really knew enough to care before, but now that the fire in Australia happened I realized that it's getting worse. Seasons are disappearing, and it means that some species are disappearing as well! Animals are losing their home, their food just because we're being selfish. This year we barely had snow...soon, we'll be having barbecue parties in January... Temperatures in summer are getting crazy and it's not normal. Some countries are starting to run out of water ressources because lakes are evaporating. I wish we could spread awareness everywhere so that we could save our home.
Célia g.

When I hear "Climate Change", I instantly start to think about the animals.
It's really hurtful to realize that it's our fault
Climate change is heating up the Arctic faster than anywhere else, and sea ice is shrinking 14 percent per decade
This species could probably disappear within a century due to reduced area and habitat quality. And i think that it's not something to be taken lightly.
VO
Many people claim to feel concerned about it but don't do anything.
If I could, I would change things. But I'm not powerful enough to do it alone.
That's why I think that not enough people are committed to preserving the environment.
We need to tackle the right questions !
----> Should we revolutionize transport?
Car = 2 tons of carbon dioxide/year/people !
Plane = 480 kilograms of carbon dioxide/year/people !
As you probably understand, transports are the main pollution factors when we accost greenhouse effect !
Hope it makes you think ! Victor

Transports ? Your transports !

I feel responsible
I feel SO guilty
But I feel that I have to change things

WE WANT THIS
NOT THIS
This is how I feel about climate change.
I only hear "fix things, you can do it, for you and the others"
-By Viktoriya Ostrynska
I feel concerned by global warming. And I think everyone is concerned because human activity is one of the main causes of global warming.
Global warming has consequences.
It causes melting glaciers and rising water. This endangers animals whose habitats are deteriorating and which have less and less to feed. But it can also have an impact on human populations, as some islands disappear. Waters become more acidic, threatening the animals that live there.

Some places are dry, people can no longer support themselves of water. And drought facilitates fires, putting animals and humans at risk.
We need to respond to climate change with future generations in mind before we can't do anything.

Emilie Bouquain

a consequence of global warming ! eliott
The increase in average temperature
As a result, the average temperature on the planet's surface is constantly increasing. It has increased by about 0.8 ° C since the end of the 19th century (2 ° to 4 ° C in the polar regions). At the rate of current CO2 emissions, scientists expect an increase between 1.5 ° and 5.3 ° C in the average temperature by 2100, if no action is taken, which would have consequences harmful to humanity and the biosphere. This means drastically reducing CO2 emissions, notably by limiting the use of fossil fuels.
I think that today, peoples are not very concerned about climate change. But we have to! If we don't act today, the future generations would be more impact that us.
