I just wanna say thanks to my amazing grandmother who helped me through everything and to my awesome dad who even in our hardest times always believed in me!

Hi everybody! This story is about the hardest and easiest parts about moving from Middle school to Highschool, So this is my introduction! Hi, my name is Dawnika I'm 14 years old and im in the eighth grade moving onto High School and this is what I feel about having to do it. In this story there will be tips on how to find your perfect High School and what you need to help find what you need to be able to stay out of trouble and have your amazing life. Please have fun reading and enjoy my story of transitioning.

When I was 4 years old my dad said something to me that i knew would stick in my mind from day 1! He said "if you find your house, be there but if you find your home never forget the time you spend there". That has always been in my mind and now I'm going to share my points of views and life patterns that I go through to help you get to where you need to be.

Chapter 1: Life thoughts about moving schools.

My thoughts about moving schools... questions I ask myself everyday.... "Do i want to leave knowing I have done my best" or 'Is this something I can take on my own"?? My answer to those questions took a lot of time to answer but I have finally figured it out! 1. My answer to my first question was "I want to leave somewhere and no that where I'm going is going to be somewhere, where I want to be". And 2. "No, this cannot be something I can do on my own so I have to have help and I gotta ask questions that I know might be wrong".

Chapter 2: How do I feel better if i leave my old life behind?

The question many people ask themselves is.. How will I feel if I go out of this school and leave and then I leave all my friends and teachers?? Well the answer to your question is... If you were in there and you miss your friends thats ok! You can awlays find a day where you and them can spend together. Yuo should never be sorry that you chose the school that might make your life better.

Chapter 3: Leaving friends and making new ones

Well here in this chapter i will be giving you facts and tips on how to move on and make new friends. Ok so you remember when i said I'll give you tip's and facts well in this chapter I'll be doing that.
