Once upon a time in the arctic a porler  bear was born.”Lets name him Snowball” said Mrs.Cooler. “Ok”said Mr. Cooler.5 years later.”I’m going to get some food” said Mrs. Cooler.”Ok ma” said Snowball. “I heard there’s a storm” says Mr. Cooler.”No way”yells Mrs. Cooler.”Be careful”warns Snowball.”Ok” says Mrs. Cooler.Then she leaves.5 minutes later,the storm starts.”Will mom be ok” asks Snowball.”I ho- boom!!!Mr. Cooler was interrupted.There house clasped.Snowball was buried!”I’m going to find mom” yells  Mr. Cooler.

Later Snowball digs through the snow, looking for his mom and dad.He jumps in the water.He can't   swim.Luckily a seal helps him up on the ice and taught him how to swim.”My name is Bob” says the seal.”Bye Bob”yells Snowball.Snowball swam for a week.He is tired.Then he finds Bob.Bob carried Snowball to an iceberg.Two polar bears ask if they can come on.”Yes” sighed Snowball.”We are Mrs. and Mr. Cooler”they say.”Mom!Dad!”says Snowball.”Snowball!”they say.Then they adopt Bob,and build a house.The end!

climate change and polar bears

Have you heard about what's happening to polar bears?Their dying out,because of climate change.Climate change is affecting polar bears. Because of climate change,polar bears don’t have enough time to hunt seals because the ice is melting.Cubs may not survive because their mom is weak.

Climate change is making the ice melt earlier and freeze later.Because of this they don’t have enough time to hunt seals.Then they will die out.The ice could get thin then they will fall through.They will also get thin because they don’t have enough to eat.There for they can’t feed their cubs.

Cubs may not survive because their mom is weak.their moms will not be able to get enough food and won’t be healthy to make milk for the cubs.Then cubs will die out and if it keeps happening polar bears will die out.If the mom is sick and feeds them sick milk they will get sick too.

Those reasons I just listed are telling how climate change is effecting polar bears.Polar bears are predicted to die out in 2040 thats only 20 years!We need to act quick.YOU can help polar bears if you put your mind to it!Cubs may not survive because their mom is weak.The ice is melting.
