Turkish recipes
- Ezogelin Soup
- Casserole



Ezogelin Soup

1 onıon
1 tea glass of olive oil
50 grams of butter
1 half spoon tomato paste
1 teaspoon of chili peppers
1 teaspoon of thyme
1 teaspoon of mint
As much salt as you want
1 tea cup of red lentils
Half tea cup bulgur
Half tea cup with rice
Ingredients



Melting butter and mixing with olive oil.




We cut the onion and put it in the pot.


We add the tomato paste.

Add the water after browning tomato paste.



After boiling water, add red lentils and salt and let boil for half an hour.




While the soup is boiling, add a small pan bulgur, rice and 1 glass of water and simmer for 15 minutes at low heat.


After boiling our rice and bulgur, add to our soup and leave to simmer for 15 minutes on low heat.



After boiling, add the spices and boil for 5 minutes and serve hot.

Casserole
Ingredients
3 teaspoon of salt
3 teaspoon of black pepper
3 tea spoon of red pepper
1 tea spoon of chili pepper
3 tea spoon of Thyme
3 minced tomato
2 chopped potato
2 chopped onion
2 minced pepper
2 tablespoon of tomato paste
1kg of minced meat
1 lt water
half a cup oil







We put all the ingredients on a tray.

















We mix all ingredients.
Finally, we put 1 L water.




Preheat oven to 180°C and bake for two hours.

SHOPSKA SALATA (SHOPSKA SALAD)
White, green and red! These are the colors of the Bulgarian flag that you can find in this masterpiece of Bulgarian culinary art: shopska
salata.


Shopska salad is actually the original creation of a teem of chefs from Balkanturist, the oldest tour operator in Bulgaria. It was in 1960 that the shopska salad became the simbol of all their restaurants.
Today it is one of the most popular salads which are prepared at
home and in restaurants
in Bulgaria.
