To teach my sisters not to just stand there doing nothing if someone is in danger
your loving sister Edith

It was a cool Autumn morning, and Sophia looking out the window like she always did, breathing in the fresh morning air, listening to the bird’s song, and watching all the warm colors fall from the trees.

As she was looking out the window she was interrupted by someone calling out to her
“Sophia comes outside, leave town,” the voice said
She immediately thought it was her Father calling her from downstairs, so she rushed down

She said to her Farther
“ You called.”
But her father looked at her in confusion and said,
“What are you talking about, I didn’t call you I was reading the weekly newspaper, but now that you are here, you can eat breakfast with me.”

Sophia started to look even more confused then her father did. But she only thought she was hearing weird voices. She sat down next to her father and ate her breakfast as fast as she could. then she ran back up the stairs into her room where she continued her daydreaming. But it wasn’t for long till she was interrupted again by someone calling out to her constantly, but she was sure she was hearing things, so she ignored it.

The next morning Sophia woke up freezing and covering herself up with all her doonas. Sophia couldn’t even get out of bed without dragging her doona behind her.

Sophia started to walk down the stairs and into the living room where she can see her parents also shivering. She went to her parents and together they all huddled up together under a fluffy blanket. When suddenly Sophia hared to voice but only this time the voice shouted.
“SOPHIA GO, LEAVE TOWN!!!!!”

Frozen on the spot Sophia tried to ignore the voice thinking that she was surely going crazy. But the voice just got louder and louder. Until her front door swang opens letting all of the freezing cold air in. Sophia closed her eyes.

The wind stopped. As my parents squeezed me tight I slowly opened my eyes and floating in front of them was a cloud. But this cloud had a face and it was staring at her. Frozen with fear she did not move. She just stared right back at it in amazement. As she did so the cloud spoke.
“Sophia, come outside leave town”.
