WE MADE A SKY ATLAS AS ASTRO STEAM TEAM. USING OUR SKY ATLAS FOR OUR NIGHT OBSERVATION

2019 marks the 50th year of Moon Landing. As part of #MoonLanding50 events around the globe, we organise the biggest event, i.e. a nationwide online seminar including Q&A session, in Turkey.

ANKU celebrates the 50th anniversary of the manned landing on the Moon in 2019.

Just 50 years ago, on 20 July 1969, astronauts Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin, who served in the mission of Apollo 11, set foot on the Moon, Armstrong made history with the words “A small step for humanity, a big step for humanity”.

2019 is celebrated as the 50th anniversary of the manned landing on the Moon. It participates in events organized worldwide by the International Astronomical Union in our country. With the e-conference organized by the travel site to Science between the hours of Wednesday, October 2, between 10:00 and 12:00, information transfer was provided on the subject of “Our moon and moon missions from the past to the future”.

Astrophysicist Dr. ANKU 9th grade students attended the e-conference attended by 87 schools supported by the Ministry of National Education given by Selçuk Topal.

As the astrosteam group, we chose Berenisin Hair's constellation. We have prepared a slide by researching this constellation.

As the astro steam group, we prepared a constellation board at the school and we used the art of filiography for this.We made miniatures of the sky for this, we draw constellations using phosphor paint in a tent. and using purple light to make these constellations shine at night. just like a real sky
