The project “I walk to school to help my planet” is aimed to educate students to respect the environment starting from their daily habits: why use private means of transport if it is possible to reach the school on foot or by public transport?

The project include 3 steps:

1. Research on environmental damage due to excessive use of private vehicles;

2. Creation of possible routes to reach the school on foot or by bicycle;

3. Video production to understand the importance of changing "bad" habits.

This was our life!

So many activities, the choice of the logo, so many works to be carried out and suddenly the covid-19

Coronavirus is continuing its spread across the world, with more than three million confirmed cases in 185 countries. At least 200,000 people have died. The United States has more than four times as many confirmed cases as any other country.

but eTwinning doesn't stop!!!

Not even the students stopped and together they worked to understand if Covid-19 also had positive effects and so ....

Major cities that suffer from the world's worst air pollution have seen reductions of deadly particulate matter by up to 60% from the previous year, during a three-week lockdowns period. Seven out of the 10 cities studied, including New Delhi, Seoul, Wuhan and Mumbai, saw significant improvements in air quality. 

And the Chinese city of Wuhan, where the deadly virus was first identified, saw a 44% reduction in air pollution levels from February 26 to March 18 from the same period last year. 

We have learnt that nothing is perfect and that is something beautiful about our world, we do not have to pretend that everything is flawless.
