Expect the unexpected.

On an exciting and beautiful day, my teacher, Mrs.Shakespeare, explained to the class that after weeks of anticipation she had finally gotten her bus driving license! She told us that the bus was sitting outside, waiting for our first adventure. "Expect the unexpected," she said mysteriously.

We all walked outside as a class to the front of the school where the bus was parked. Mrs.Shakespeare walked up to the bus and said, "ta-da!", the bus was big! My best friend Lily and I walked closer to the bus to get a better look. "wow, this is so cool! I can't believe we finally got our own bus." I said to Lily. "I know right, it's even got eyes, so cute!" she replied. The whole class was so happy and by the looks on their faces they were also eager to ride it. "So shall we go on an adventure?" the teacher said with a smile.

We got on the bus and the teacher did a final head count. Everyone was here so we left the school and got on with our adventure! There were many compartments on the bus. Under the seat where Lily and I were sitting there was a purple drawer. We opened the drawer and there was candy, chips, juice boxes, crackers, orange slices, you name it! "woah! well, now we can snack on the way to wherever we are going. wait, Mrs.Shakespeare, where are we going?" I asked. "Somewhere I haven't even been." she responded excitedly.

"We've been driving for an hour." I said while yawning. "I'm tired too, I wish we knew where we were going." Lily said in a sleepy voice. "Just a little while longer, then you'll see something amazing." The teacher said trying to give us hope. After a few minutes almost all of us fell asleep.

I'm not sure how long we were asleep but suddenly we were woken by screams. Mrs.Shakespeare was driving off of a cliff! "What are you doing, we're going to die?!" I screamed at the top of my lungs. Lily and I were holding on to each other so very tightly. "Don't worry class it will be over soon." Mrs.Shakespeare yelled calmly. The bus hit the water, my heart stopped for a moment. "what? we're not dead, we're not sinking, it's a miracle!" I exclaimed. "I'm so confused, what just happened?!" Lily said in a nervous and confused voice. "magic," the teacher said, "look around!"

"Isn't it beautiful?" Mrs.Shakespeare asked, "yes", "very", "so cool!" the class responded. "Well, I'm glad you all like it but there's one more thing, did you guys notice that the bus is now a submarine?" "EPIC!" the whole class said. At this point I was so confused and I kept pinching myself because I thought it was a dream but nope, it's all actually happening and real. "I guess the yellow turns into red underwater." I said to Lily. "I'm just speechless at the moment" she said. "Now we know what she meant by expect the unexpected." A boy in our class said from the back of the bus. Everyone laughed. "Just you wait, there's still more" Mrs.Shakespeare said with a grin on her face.
