I am gonna tell the story of when me and my best friends traveled around the world. After graduating from high school, me, Christine and my best friends, Vanessa and Patricia decided to take an adventure and travel around the world. We weren't sure about what we wanted to do for a living after high school and we took a moment before we had to commit to the adult life problems.

The first thing we did was convince our parents to let us travel around the world alone. We have just turned 18, but we've always been good girls and they trusted us.

Once they agreed with our trip we celebrate and then we started the arrangements.

One month later we went to the airport to our first flight. We went to Europe first, we stayed two months travelling between the european countries.

We ate a lot of great food, learned a lot of their culture...

and we saw a lot of beautiful places.

We traveled around Asia for a little over a month. We had a cultural shock there because their culture was very different form ours.

The food was very different from anything we have already tried, but we really liked it.

Then we went back to America, but this time South America. We stayed there for almost three months. Our favorite country was Brasil, we spend almost a whole month there, the food  was amazing, we loved to dance their songs, the people were friendly and their beaches are the best in the world.

The last country we went before going back to USA was Canada. The culture there was very similar to ours and it was easy to adapt. We stayed for almost a month.

We really liked Canada and all the beautiful touristic places we saw there. Our favorite attraction was Niagara Falls.

These trip was one of the best things that happened to us, we enjoyed every second of it, we had the opportunity to see many wonders of the world, the pristine beaches in Brazil and Caribe, the heart of the jungle in Amazon, many remote villages rich with green meadows in the contryside of Europe, and cliff faces in Asia. And we became more friends than ever. 

When we all got home again to our families we realized how much we missed them. The world is amazing but there is nothing like our home and our family.

Me, Patricia and Vanessa decided to go tho the same University, we went to Stanford. I became a Pshychologist, I wanted to help people, Patricia a veterinary, she has always loved animals and Vanessa became a writer, she wrote a book of our trip that become very famous. We´re still friends and we agreed that when we retire we will travel the world again.
