one afternoon, the Reese family was driving to their first family vacation they were going to stay in a hotel overnight. A girl in the back seat named Allison was smiling from ear to ear. She had long silky brown hair and blue eyes that shined like diamonds. 

"I can't wait to go to the hotel," Allison said to her parents.

"We're almost there," her dad said. 

After a long drive the family finally arrived. Allison opened the car door, grabbed her suitcase, and started running toward the hotel. There were green walls, doors hanging off walls, and cracked windows. She pushed the doors wide open and heard a creeeek. The sound echoed until the whole building was quiet. The hotel looked dark and spooky inside. 

 Allison wait for us!

The family started walking slowly toward the check-in counter. They realized there was no one in the whole hotel and they were very tired, so they walked up the stairs and started searching for the perfect room. The room they chose was room 84. Allison thought there was more than 100 rooms in the whole hotel because she saw how tall it was.

 When they got to the room, they started unpacking. Then Allison realized that her suitcase was missing.

"Hang on, where's my suitcase?" Allison asked.

"Are you sure you bought it in?" her dad replied.  

"I'll go and see if I can find it in the lobby," Allison said.

 Allison was scared because the lobby was empty and creepy, there was not any other person in the hotel besides her parents. When she was looking for her suitcase, she bumped into something and got a big fright. She started to cry with big tears running down her face. She didn't know what it was, there was nothing there she was frightened.

AAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am Harry, can't you see me?

Then a small voice said 

"Don't cry, don't cry. I didn't mean to scare you!" 

Then Allison was shocked, " What's that, Who's there?" she said.  

  “I'm Harry, can't you see me?" Harry said. 

Allison didn't understand, she looked in the light and saw a little ghost standing in front or her. 

"I heard you lost your suitcase; I could help you find it!" Harry said. 

"Oh yes please! Oh, I've been looking everywhere! Oh, pretty please!" Allison said with excitement. 

 "Alright! Let's start in the kitchen," Harry said. 

"Shure!" Allison said. 

Soon, they zoomed down the stairs and into the kitchen. Allison wasn’t afraid anymore because she felt the ghost was harmless and he was very kind to want to help.

In the Kitchen they started looking in the cabinets where they keep the cereal, rice, sugar, and flour. But the suitcase was not there. They started looking in the pots and pans, shelves, and even in the refrigerator. But still, they didn’t find it.
