HELLO, WELCOME TO... the halloween version of t.l.. stine and this story is about the pumpkin people. were this boy named Max Turner  tries to find a halloween mask. but he tries to get a pumpkin mask BUT MILLIONS OF OTHER PEOPLE... has it forever. will the pumpkin people win? lets see. 

                                                    1                                                       who do you want to be for Halloween? my mom told my two twin brothers Nat and Pat.  a BUTT. Nat said.  i wanna be a GHOST.  Pat said. well i wanna be... uh- a- a... a mummy? i said. try to think better. Pat said. there only 9 and i'm 15 and this boy is telling ME what to do? HEY YOUR A BOY!! I'M THE MAN HERE!! i said. STOP FIGHTING. mom said.  if you dad was here you guys would stop fighting would'int  you? yes ma'am... me Pat and Nat said.  then we all went in the kitchen to eat our cereal.

is tomorrow Halloween? Nat said.  on October 31 yeah. mom said.  but its the... then mom looked at the calculator.    ...the 27th. mom said. then she went to her room to grab her purse. well kids. she said. its time to go to grandma cooks house. she said. then she washed the dishes. ok lets go. she said. then we went out the house. then mom locked the front door and grabbed the car keys out of her purse and we went in the car. 

alright guys put your seat belt on. she said smiling.  CLICK! the seat belt went. VROOM!! VROOM!! Nat said. 

                                               2                                                       we were at grandma cooks house but we forgot something. MY GAME!! Nat said. don't be mister panic. Pat said. yea right! Nat said. I CAN'T LIVE WITHOUT IT!! Nat said.  ITS GAMEBOY JR. JR!! Nat said. ok enough LIES. mom said.  now you guys are staying the night at grandmas house. mom said. BUT. no playing jokes, no LIES, no fussing, and no fighting.  yes ma'am  me Nat and Pat said. we all love going to grandma cooks house. because shes FUN. PLAIN OLD FUN. now lets go in. mom said. 

KNOCK!! KNOCK!! the door went.  KNOCK KNOCK!!!!!!!!!! mom kept knocking but grandma did'int answer. OH YEAH!! mom said. shes death. mom said.  oh yeah she called me and she said that the back door. i said.  then i went behind the house.  twigs were cracking.  CREAK!!! went a gate. hello? i said.                                                                  CREAK!!!                                                            the gate went again.                                                                        CRASH!!! BOOM!!!!!                                                                  there were a pumpkin behind a tree peeking at me. hello? i said.

                                                   3                                                        hello? i said. i started to shake.  i heard more than one twig break. who's there?!?!!! i said. i shivered i seen my arm hairs going up.  AHHHHH!!! i said. it was a chipmunk it jumped over my eyes. WHAT?! mom said. Nat and Pat peeked at me. its nothing. i said. i promise. then i went up to the door. AHHHH!!! me Pat and Nat said. are you death grandma cook? Pat said. NO NO!! she said. but when i looked in grandma cooks hand. it had a knife. KNIFE!! i said. oh calm down you silly boy. grandma cook said. ok... i said.

can i go to my friends house that are over here? i pointed to the house that was behind the fence. yeah sure. mom said.  then she brung Nat and Pat in the house and gave them there backpacks. see you guys on Halloween! then she gave me Pat and Nat on the forehead. 

i went to my friends house.  and there names were Marcus and Lucas. MAAAAAX!!! Marcus said. MARRRRRRCUUUUS!!! i said. then i dodged him. OOF!! Marcus said. Lucas squinted at Marcus. are...you... o- then i pushed Lucas and he fell on a branche. YOW!! Lucas said. 

                                                    4                                                       OUCHIES!!!! Lucas said. both of you guys are weak! i said. i only did this because they did the same to me last week. then i helped both of them back up. are you guys ok? i said. YES!! they said. then they grabbed my shirt and yanked it in the pool. 

AHHH!!! i said. then the chase was on. but it ended quickly.

                                                   5                                                          it was the night of Halloween.  people were  dressing as killer clowns, candy, noses, and even superheros!! but we had no costume YET.  

then mom came to the house. I'M BAAAACK!!! mom said. then she gave Nat and Pat there costumes. were is my costume? i said in confusion. you still did'int decide kiddo. she said. oh... yeah... about that. i said. then Nat and Pat went outside with there pumpkin bucket. i'm going to a store to see if i can find anything.  i said. then i grabbed my shoes and superman wallet and then i left the house. 

                                                    6                                                       i went to Marcus and Lucas house to see what they was doing. but they were just putting on there costumes. mfmfmf? Lucas said. huh? i said.  oh my bad i mint to say do you got a costume? Lucas said. no but i am going to get one right this second. i said.  we can go to if you want. Marcus said. Marcus had on a pirate costume. and Lucas... i don't know it looked like a burger or something.  then Marcus and Lucas were done putting on there costumes.  alright lets go. Marcus said.

Marcus put on his shoes and bag and went to the front door. then Lucas did the same. then i opened the door. then a pumpkin guy was in front of us. who the heck are you? Marcus said.  what do you think i am?  the pumpkin guy said. ughhhh a pumpkin guy? Lucas said.  CLOSE  he said. i don't got time for this. i said. then i walked away. WERE ARE YOU GOING....MAX?  the pumpkin said.  then he reached his arm out.  and then i froze somehow. WOAH!! Marcus said. then the pumpkin pulled like he was pulling a rope and that pulled me. ahhh!!! i said. then somehow i got out his grasp and i ran away. "COME ON MARCUS AND LUCAS!!!" I said. then they ran away to beside me.

                                                    7                                                       we ran to the woods not caring about the costume. we hid behind a tree trying not to scream. then we seen the pumpkin guy. were are you? the pumpkin guy said. i know your here i can SMELLLLLL. then another guy in a pumpkin mask came. look. i said. it was a dog in a pumpkin mask to. AHHHHHH!!!! Marcus said. then the dog looked up and ran were we were at. RUFF RUFF!!! the dog said. them he jumped on Lucas. GO GUYS GO!!! then we ran.
