                            CHICKEN AJIACO.

                        This is one of the very delicious typical dishes of Colombia, its delicious flavor, and it is basically made of Colombian yellow potatoes, cob, chicken and arracacha. I am delighted with this typical dish.

Colombia really has many typical dishes, very rich, its typical food is attractive to many countries, but it has dishes that are not very rich.

 This restaurant is very beautiful, it is also one of  the most representative, of  Colombia, because it has all its typical food. You can find may delicious dishes. Its staff is very nice , in addition it very quiet,  you really cannot be mad at their service.

                                                         COLOMBIA NIGHTS.

 This restaurante is not very nice, really, it is not very well  arranged, but you can find typical Colombia food, but really not all of it, they have to improve their service, it is not very quiet, in my country there is also a restaurant, like Colombia Nights. But it is one of the really really important and representative restaurant for Colombia.

Today, I decided to start with the colombian arepas.  I was thinking much of what would be the main ingredient that could represent this country, and without a doubt it is the much adored arepa.  

but hey, what is an arepa really?  for colombians the arepa is a very essential ingredient of each dish, it should not be missing.  they eat it at breakfast, lunch, mealtime, with egg, butter, meat, chicharrón, as part of a soup, a sancocho, a bean, well, they eat it very often and for many, if their dishes do not carry the blessed arepa, they cannot be satisfied.
