The dogs of the family have many adventures and figure out throughout the story that friendship and teamwork is better than many things. We hope you enjoy!!!!!

Introduction

One day nine dogs went from different yards into their favorite field. When they got there, not knowing one another would be there, they decided to meet.

Chapter 1: A First Meet

Grrr!

They started barking at geese and ducks that had been in the field before they arrived.

bark bark!!!

squawk squawk honk!!!!!

ruff ruff!!

When they finally got over the geese they decided to roam around the field and see what they could find.They decided to start by the tree.

nothing here.(sigh)

nope

nada

awww!!!

finding there was nothing in the tree they decided to look under.They dug and as they dug deeper they felt something.THEY FOUND A MAP

Chapter 2: The Map

Finding there was nothing in the tree, they decided to sniff around the tree. Smelling something, they started to dig. When one found something they all went over. IT WAS A MAP!!!!!

This map holds a treasure, but the only way to find it is to face the challenges that come in your way . 

The map said:

FIELD--->FOREST--->RAGING RAPID RIVER--->BEAR--->ROCKY BEACH---> X

Lets get started!!!

Before they left to find the treasure, they had to get some things to bring along with them. First, they grabbed some tools to help them face the rapid raging river, the bear, and the rocky beach. Then they snuck through their houses to grab food, water and blankets to help them stay alive and healthy throughout their long journey. Next, they each put their things in a backpack, put it on their backs, and went out into the forest to start their journey.

              Chapter 3: The Adventure

Soon they came across the raging river. Noticing that there were logs to walk across and rocks to jump on, they decided to do the most comfortable one for that dog. Suddenly, one puppy fell into the river. Not thinking, the other puppy that was on the log next to her jumped in after her! Soon, the other dogs started gathering branches. Soon, they had enough branches. One dog grabbed some rubber bands, and they tied the branches together and put it down in to the river. The two puppies grabbed on. Now that they were all safe, they continued their journey.

As they were continuing their journey, they saw a movement. IT WAS A BEAR!! It had dark red eyes and sharp teeth and claws. The only thing the red eyes said were, "Let's fight!!!" So they did. They put themselves in lines and started as they nibbled on the bear. Slowly, they ate the bear and continued their journey.

Soon they found themselves at the rocky beach far from their favorite field, but they kept on going. They went down the rocky beach, occasionally taking a splash in the water. They had lots of fun, and decided it was their favorite place yet.

Owwwww!
