Hi there. I'm Anna Morgan. Like An-A. NOT A-NA. Those people that you see are my family. And that's my house. My new house. That's a picture we all took the moment we moved here. If you look at my face, I'm NOT happy. Obviously. In my old town I was happy. I even had a dog!! But, because we are renting, my dog had to stay with Grandma. Anyways, my Mom is calling. She says we are going to a neighborhood meet tonight. See you soon, so I can tell you more about this stupid new town! 

This is my new room. I hate this house, but I guess my room is OK. I don't have anything more stupid about this town, except my brother lives here too. He lives above me, and can you guess how much noise he makes?? That brother of mine is dribbling his basketball 24/7! Miles is SO annoying I can't believe it. I wish I could go back to my old town and see my dog again. My mom says that we are going to a neighborhood barbecue. I guess she is really desperate for Miles and I to meet new friends.

This is my brother's room. and yes, I know, it is absolutely full of all of these weird poster-things. Honestly, even I don't know what they mean. And I've lived with him since I was born, that's 10 years! You would think I would have even a clue what they were about. But I guess not. Aw, man! I just hears Miles start dribbling his basketball again, and Mom TOLD him he's not allowed to, because it drives me bonkers!! I guess I have to go tell Mom..... 😊😊😊

This is our living room. And my entire family too. My mom is the one with the black hair and the colorful outfit. She is big on lots of color. Even more than me. And I REALLY like it, too. She's a yoga instructor, so most days, you will she her with yoga pants on. The guy with the goatee is Mom's boyfriend, Kyle. Kyle is the really stupid reason we moved here. Mom and Kyle got engaged over skype. After Dad died a year ago. Kyle was one of Dad's close friends, and dated Mom before she met Dad. That's the kind of thing I loved about Dad. He forgave ANYONE! And the boy with the shaggy black hair is Miles. He's not big on color unlike me and MOm. He's an artist, and they ware a lot of black. Anyways, bye for now, we are having dinner.

Today everyone went to mine and Miles's new school. I thought it was cool, and Miles thought it was dorky. But Mikes isn’t going to ruin my awesome mood. Another amazing thing today is we are going and visiting the city I used to live in!!! Isn’t that COOL???? I thought so at least. Anyway it was really cold today for July. I’m so sad about that. I can’t wait until the weather gets warmer. Mom says that our new town, Deper is really cold but gets warm in August. So anyway back to us going to our old town Cape Cod. We are going there to visit our grandparents but we are still gonna see some old friends from there. Any way, Mom is calling for dinner. Her and Kyle are going out (gross) and Miles is taking care of me (even more gross). Anyway, bye!

I am so MAD a right now! My blood is BOILING at my old friend in Cape Cod! My friend Blue Chung and I PROMISED we wouldn’t be best friends with ANYONE!!!   But Blue emailed me and told me ALL about it!! This is what she said: 

Hi Anna,

I met this really nice friend in Cape Cod and she’s WAY better than you.I’m really sorry but I don’t want to be friends anymore. I really hope you under stand ☹️,Blue Chung.

Yes, I know what you are wondering: is this a fake? Did this girl make all this up to make her diary way juicer? Well, guess WHAT? It’s NOT a fake! Blue REALLY had the nerve to send this to me! And this is what got me the most: I met this really nice friend in Cape Cod and my she’s WAY better than you.And she also had the nerve to put a little frowny face and her name all Blue Chung!  SO annoying, right? I thought so too! Anyways, I gotta go. talk to Mom.Bye!

Guess what? Grandma sent me a letter!! I put it on the next page cuz it is pretty big.

Everyone in Cape Cod misses you too much!! I think that you need to come here immediately!  Your dog, Chica misses you too much as well. I sent you a photo of him. Locate it at the bottom of the card. I cannot wait to see you for Thanksgiving! (Although I  cannot wait that long.) Your Mother said that you are keeping a diary! How wonderful! I kept a diary at your age and it kept me on my toes adding ALL of my life experiences to it. I much enjoyed it. I hope you are too. Anyways, my friends and I are going out to a late brunch.

Well, that's Grandma for you. She's really nice, but sometimes she's really proper. Wow!! Pasting that letter in here took a while! My mom said Miles is going exploring around town for friends and cool stuff to do, so we (me and my mom) are going to hang out together. Bye!

Ok.. ok... the CRAZIEST thing happened today!!!!! Well, I guess I shouldn't REALLY tell, but it's CRAZY!!!! Last night I went and took out the trash and MILES was there!!! With a GIRL!!! Crazy, right?? A GIRLFRIEND maybe??

Well, I told Mom today about Miles' GIRLFRIEND, and she FREAKED OUT!! She screamed "When did you find this out??" And started shrieking in FRENCH!! I didn't even know she KNEW french!!! Miles came down to see what was happening, and then everything turned into chaos!! Mom asked Miles why he did not tell her, Miles started screaming in French too, and after that I screamed at both of them (in english) why they were screaming in French. Well, have I got a story for you!! Miles and I are 5 years apart, and I guess until I was born, Mom was a famous FASHION DESIGNER in PARIS, FRANCE!!! So both of them know french and I don't. Even more, my brother and I are at war. So this was a fun diary entry. 

So today was worse than yesterday. Maybe worse. Mom says that she needs more of a "Substatle" job than a yoga instructor, so we went out looking for a job for Mom. We all had to dress up. Kyle even wore a suit. Mom said Miles couldn't wear his sneakers, so that's why he doesn't look happy in this picture. I'm REALLY lucky, Mom let me be comfy. All I had to wear was flats a sweater and a jean skirt. I'm still wearing what I was wearing earlier. And guess what?? My birthday is tomorrow, and my top thing on my list is a cat. I can't have a dog, so I guess I can have a cat!!

Yay!!! It’s my birthday, and I got a CAT! I named her Tabby, because she is a Tabby Cat. My day was the best birthday ever! It was soooo much fun! Now I’m 11, which is WAY more impressive then 10! So cool, right? Well I have to go- we are having cake and SCHOOL starts tomorrow! I'm really excited!
