This book describes the virtual journey of Eric, a cheerful 5-year-old boy who is eager to meet other kindergarten children. He wants to see what they know about the human body, hygiene, healthy eating and sports.

           My virtual adventure 
I want to share with you the joy of meeting some wonderful and talented children from Romania, Turkey, Croatia and Poland. Let's embark on this adventure together.

I started my trip in the town of Gherla, Romania. Here I met the children from the "Angels" group. They taught me about the human body and how to avoid germs.

I met children with whom I danced together, made funny sandwiches and painted with carrots.
           Teacher Nica Oros from Gherla, Romania, taught us these things. 

Moldovan Mariana, the teacher from Gherla, Romania, showed us how to play sports and how to take care of our teeth.

  I had a lot of fun painting and playing games during which I made all kinds of things out of pieces of carrots. The children showed me these games from their homes.

Zübeyde Hanım Kindergarten welcomed the Sun lesson full of reading and they welcomed me at home ready to use, shared with me while we were eating at the student house, we played various games in the garden.

In Croatia I went to the capital city Zagreb. In the kindergarten Medveščak I met children from a group called "Cipelići". With the help of their teacher Aleksandra Kušić, they showed me how they exercise inside and outdoors.

With the help of their other teacher Martina Čuk Kostrec, "Cipelići" from Medveščak showed me how they learn about and enjoy healthy snacks.

Children from "Cipelići" and their teachers Martina and Aleksandra showed me how they take care of their hygiene and protect themselves from germs. 

They also showed me how they learn about their bodies, body parts and how they measure and compare their growth.

Today, I visited Elbląg, a city in Poland. I had fun with children from preschool department in Primary School number 15. We learnt about bodies ......

.... ate healthy meals and danced a lot. It was fun!

Today I came to Turkey to visit the Güzelbahçe Bahçeşehir College. They greeted me very well.
