Be Healthy with diabetes

On January 18, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., a webinar was held on the theme "Food and the Covid". This webinar, organised by DRE, was part of the European project "Time to make the move" which our school is a partner of.  Students and teachers attended the webinar, enriching their knowledge on healthy eating in times of pandemic.

Students in 3rd and 4th grade, attended the seminar on healthy eating, food colour and its characteristics.

 Total of 57 students and their teachers attended this seminar given by a guest nutritionist.

The food wheel: knowing how to live is knowing how to eat

All students have studied the food wheel to help them choose and combine foods that should be part of their daily diet. 

Various educational activities were carried out: food tasting, vegetable tasting, sowing and organic planting.
