~`+`~Prologue~`+`~
The hybrid had heard about the new war and brought all the Leafwings and all the hybrids living in the forest together." We need to strike!" She roared while others looked around and waves of whispers went through the crowd. Soon dragons were roaring in agreement "Then it's settled we strike soon!" She put her spear in the air as the crowd did the same. She walked through the tunnels with a sinister grin. She had laid on a huge branch that night hearing dragons roaring and spears being
sharpened, the sounds of claws clashing and crickets chirping. The moon shone on her dark emerald scales. As her black tail hung off the branch the leaf flailed in the wind and her stinger pointy and pearly white. Her four black leaf shaped wings tucked close to her as she drifted asleep.
~`+`~Chapter One~`+`~
The dragon landed, his leaf like wings draping just above his back. He looked around before pushing through some leaves and entering the forest, the leaves curling back into their spot, and the spot would have been lost if Arrow hadn't been watching it closely. She pushed her glasses back onto her snout and watched the forest, hoping for him to return. There was no movement. She sighed and layed back down, her talons holding a book and a bottle of ink. She set it down and touched the bag around her neck, a Bag of Life. She was in no hurry to take it off, being so close to the forest, for she didn't know if Leafwings ate
scavengers. She continued to sketch the forest, and she circled the spot the dragon had gone through. "I will find more about you." she hissed to herself. She pushed her glasses up again and tried to sketch what he looked like, but she couldn't focus. Eventually she gave up. Arrow looked up and spotted a large dragonfly flying above her head. She started sketching it enthusiastically, her talons quickly shaping it's elegant shape as it landed in front of her book. She finished it and sighed. "I just wish I had some colors now. I'll have to remember your colors." she whispered. She watched the dragonfly till it flew off. "I guess I should head back to the Labyrinth." she mumbled.
She took off, heading in the direction of he hole on the way to Wasp Hive, or as the scavengers call it, the Labyrinth next to the Fallen Tree. Arrow flew past a few of the other Hives, such as Jewel Hive and Mantis Hive, but she didn't stop today. Arrow dove into the hole and landed, took off the Bag of Life, and turned back into a scavenger. She placed the bag into a pouch strapped to her side, and waded across the underground river.
~`+`~Chapter Two~`+`~
Arrow landed by the forest again, and pushed her glasses back onto her snout. She pulled out her book and inspected the sketch, then looked for the spot where the leaves folded back. She walked over to it and touched the leaves, and they moved back showing a space small enough for her to fit through. She crawled through it carefully and emerged into the sticky, hot forest. Arrow looked around with wide eyes and sat down on the branch she had climbed onto when she went through. It was so... different! She smiled and pulled out her book, sketching a large bromeliad. A frog jumped out of it and she laughed, sketching that too. Arrow couldn't wait to show the other scavengers.
The book was enchanted to shrink with her when she turned into a scavenger.

They woke up to the sounds of roars and branches cracking as all the leafwings hid in the trees. The trees whispered 'Somethings almost here something new’ .It was everywhere she could hear her dragonets rushed by her side the two year olds on her and her four to five year olds around her. Venus Fly never loved having new things in the forest, that meant she had to go see what's up.. She slowly got up and stretched her wings and tail unfolding her wings for balance and
hopped tree to tree, her tail silently grabbing branch by branch the wood scraping her scales which had adapted to it.
Soon she reached the entrance and spotted the dragon. With a deep, almost silent growl, which echoed over the forest, she used her leafspeak trapping Arrow inside. She then jumped to another tree, her tail visible for just a quick moment before it vanished and she was in the shadows, her eyes still staring at them with a cold deathining look.
Her talons dug into the bark with a small crack like when you step on a crunching leaf. She stared at Arrow before she bolted, branch to branch, tree to tree, and sat on the biggest branch in the whole forest.

Arrow looked up and saw the leaves close. Her eyes widened and she put her book away, hearing the growl faintly. She looked around, pushing her glasses back over her snout, and her talons dug into the tree. She held onto her Bag of Life and whimpered. A Venus Dragon Trap snapped, and she yelped, sending twenty more snapping shut.

She heard this and flew to the trap landing on it, looking in as her body was covered by shadows. Her tail rose and stabbed into the plant, releasing a toxin that killed it.Soon after she used her claws to pry it open. As soon as it opened she bolted to the shadows, vanishing from their sight as her eyes stared at them, her eyes piercing cold and blue as she hissed "What are you doing here Hivewing?" She stared intently in a terrifying way.
---+---
Arrow looked at the dead Dragon Trap, confused. Then she heard the low hiss and her wings drooped, her eyes wide.
Was something going to attack her? She looked around, sitting down carefully. She sighed and touched the pouch again. "Maybe I should change. It'd be easier to survive." she thought aloud.
---+---
She repeated it but in a different tone. "Why are you here?!" She growled louder as her tail flicked like a rattlesnake’s. She wasn't the biggest fan of new people and sounded very aggressive. A bit of black liquid was showing on the Venus Drag Trap. Her eyes glared, sharp as talons, and her crescent talons were on the side of the tree keeping her
