Violence against women
After and during the lockdown, the number of women taget to violence has increased dramatically. First, isolation and loneliness at home have made these women more vulnerable to abuse and domestic violence inflicted upon them by their partners. For instance more than 30% of women have been subject to violence. Violence doesn't mean only hitting, beating or kicking. It also includes calling names, insulting, hurting as well as cyber bullying. There are many reasons for violence. Drug addiction and alcoholism are the the main ones. Also, low educational level leads to resorting to violence by males. Moreover, it is a fact that men who lived a childhood of maltreatment are more likely to perpetrate violence .In addition, gender norms and bias play a huge role in that.
Violence against women should be stopped no matter how. Psychological abuse, depression and even suicidal thoughts are the outcome of being target to violence. The United Nations Organization is working hard to raise awareness of the risks of violence and to empower women to break their silence and take actions. Hope to see a world free from violence for us!

Female school drop-out
Female school dropout has currently become a global issue which needs an immediate remedy that’s why we have to join hands to solve this problem. There are many reasons that push girls to leave school and education. First of all, this is due to Low educational outcomes and high costs. Secondly, when a girl fails the test, parents say that they have no other choice but to search for the right person to marry their daughter

.Moreover, the absence of secondary schools in the nearby areas is another reason that contributes in this problem. On top of that, early marriage is the main reason. All in all, The negative effects of depriving girls of education are huge, with the resulting economic losses estimated in the trillions of dollars.

Gender inequality at work place
Although men and women enjoy their rights to decent jobs, there is still a huge gap between them. First, we can't turn a blind eye to the reality that men are more likely to be paid than women. Second, job opportunities such as pay rise and promotions are more affordable to man at the expense of women. Added to that, women face bias and segregation in the workplace. As a result, many highly qualified and skilled businesswomen were forced to quit their jobs because of bias and discrimination.Added to that, many sucessful women are denied leardership positions in corporate communities.

Early marriage
All over the world, mainly in developed countries, many underaged girls are forced into marriage because of many reasons.First, poverty pushes pfamilies to sell their daughthers into early marriage to older partners who are wealthy. Second,drop-out of school girls have no future but to get married, no matter how young they are. Besides, greed and love of money is the evil behind this unethical practice. Added to that, many orphaned girls have no one to support them. Exloitation into early marriages and sexual harrassment or rape are the ultimate perspective for them
Early marriage has many bad impacts on underaged girls. To start with, the risk of domestic violence is likely to rise because of age difference and powerlessness of young girls. Second, abuse and even ill health could endanger their lives. Moreover, early death due to the lack of experience could tragically put the lives of little girls in great risk. Let alone psychological issues such as anxiety, depression and suicidal thoughts. It goes without saying that gender norms are a main factor behind tolerating this risk tradition. Education is the only protection factor which could give girls more awareness and power to enact and ensure their rights to an equal social status as boys do.
