Maria /Meryem. The family called Meryem but in school her friends called Maria, 12 years old. Meraklı/very interested in to nature. Beautiful with long, wavy and blonde hair. She is social, outgoing, friendly. Meryem’s father is worker in a factory; he is a poor but likes making educate his children.  She likes examining insects, plants. She wants to go to Medicine High School and then for the university, she wants to be a Medical Doctor and she wants to find solution, medicine for any diseases which cannot be cured at this moment in the world  (1st mixed group)

One of the reasons why Mary wanted to study medicine is her mother. Meryem's mother has cancer. And it is said that there is no cure for this disease. Her mother is constantly using medication and this situation makes Mary very sad. Because the drugs her mother used make her feel tired and exhausted. Mary also has a younger brother. Her younger brother is 5 years old. When her mother is tired, Meryem takes care of her brother. Sometimes he cannot do his homework and sometimes he falls asleep while she is studying. However, despite all these difficulties, Meryem does not give up and continues her work. And the expected day is coming, Meryem is taking the high school exam. She passes the exam very well and begins to wait for the exam result. When the result is announced, he sees that he has passed the exam. After the exam, Meryem speaks with her father and asks if the exam is the hardest part. His father says the important thing is to take the first step ( 2nd mixed group)

Maide Mihriban Akkaya / 23 Nisan Secondary School

With Mary passing the exam, she was more determined. The school he won was a boarding school. Mary did not like her being away from her family and not being able to be with her mother, who had cancer. In addition to these situations, she had difficulty adjusting to the school environment. She just couldn't get used to her teachers and friends. He was worried that he could not study for his upcoming exams, because his mind was on his mother. However, his math teacher was very interested in him. She felt a little better about this interest. She felt the need to tell about the troubles and feelings her family was going through with the closeness she had seen from her teacher. She explained her circumstances to her teacher, and her teacher was very sorry about this situation. Besides this bond he established with his teacher, it was his turn friend Aleyna who was curious and wanted to learn everything. No matter how much Aleyna wanted to talk, Meryem could not trust anyone but her teacher and did not want to talk  (3rd mixed group).

Meryem gets closer to Aleyna and trusts her more. Aleyna tries to make Meryem to share and trust herself by sharing her own  similar story. In the next years, they get closer and they know more about each oters, and they have more in common. So, they study together for their cariers. In the next days, they try to be better than each other but not as an opponent but as a friend.  They get better and better than yesterday (4th mixed group).

Meryem and Aleyna study for the university exam together. Both of them win medical school at the same university. They help each other more and more day by day and improve themselves . They go to the library every day to concentrate their studies. In particular, they do research for the treatment of the mother's disease, which Meryem could not forget. As a result of their research, they develop a project and apply to a firm for a patent. Days pass, but the company does not respond. Meryem mother's condition is getting worse and this situation makes she sad. Aleyna comforts her friend and comes up with the idea of developing a new drug. They start producing drugs with great enthusiasm. They apply for approval by sending samples of the drug to different companies. Only one company makes a positive comeback and patents the drug they produce (5th mixed group).
