CHAPTER 1

Travelling is a huge hobby of mine and one of my favorite destinations has always been Japan. I love everything about this country: the food (I'm obsessed with sushi), the amazing combination between country and city and also the language, I think it's so cool and interesting! 

Finally, my dream of being able to go there one day came true, thanks to a very special person for me. The trip took place last summer and it was just as I had imagined it to be, although, with some "turbulences" at the beginning.

CHAPTER 2

That last school year, a new girl came to my class. She had just moved from Tokyo to Mallorca because of her parents' work, her name was Yin. Yin knew how to speak our language perfectly and she was so kind and funny since the first moment, we became best friends almost instantly!

Throughout the year, I talked to Yin about how much I like her country and how much I wish I could visit it one day, and when school ended, she told me that she would invite me to his cousins' house in Tokyo for two weeks. I couldn't believe it at the moment, but obviously I said: Yes, of course!

CHAPTER 3

I couldn't be happier, one of my dreams was going to come true! As soon as I got home I told my parents and they gave me the "go-ahead". It was going to be the best trip ever.

We were leaving Palma on July 1st very early in the morning and we had to make a stopover in Madrid to catch the long flight to the japanese capital. It was more than half a day by plane, exactly 14 hours, which seemed the longests of my life, but for the final destination the wait was worth.
