Ali yalnız başına oynamaktan çok mutlu olan, arkadaşlığı sevmeyen bir çocuktu. Onunla arkadaş olmak isteyen çocukları hep reddederdi. Neden onunla arkadaş olmak istediklerini bir türlü anlayamazdı. Yalnızlığı seven Ali mecburen hep tek kişilik oyunlar oynamak zorunda kalırdı.

Ali was a boy who was very happy to play alone and did not like friendship. He always refused children who wanted to be friends with him. He couldn't understand why they wanted to be friends with him. Ali, who loves solitude, always had to play single player games.

  Diğer çocukları gözlemler ve birlikte oynanan oyunlarda hep sorun çıktığını düşünürdü. ‘’Oyun eğlenmek içinse neden kavga ediyorlar, madem kavga edecekler neden beraber oynuyorlar?’’ diye düşünüp, iyi ki yalnız oynuyorum diye kendini haklı çıkarırdı.

  Ali yalnızlığı sevdiğinden telefon, tablet ve televizyonla vakit geçirmeyi çok eğlenceli bulurdu. Hem kavga yoktu hem de kendisine karşı gelecek kimse yoktu üstelik hep Ali kazanıyordu…

    He observed other children and always thought that there were problems in the games played together. He would justify himself by thinking, "If the game is for fun, why are they fighting, if they are going to fight, why are they playing together?"

     Ali liked to be alone, so he found it fun to spend time with his phone, tablet and TV. There was no fight and there was no one to oppose him, moreover, Ali was always winning…

         Ali bir gün okuldan eve dönerken yolda ağlayan bir çocuk gördü . önce dikkate almadan yoluna devam etti. Sonra dayanamayıp geri dönüp ona:

  -İyi misin ? dedi. 

  Çocuk kafasını kaldırıp:

  -İyi değilim , değilim dedi. Sonra Ali’ye dikkatlice baktı. 

     Aaaa! Sen Ali sin ,   ilk kez benimle konuştun  dedi. Ali şaşırdı beni nereden tanıyorsun dedi.  

    Çocuk: 

 -Seninle aynı mahallede oturuyoruz, okula gelip giderken seni sürekli görüyorum. Aynı okuldayız ama sen sürekli yalnızsın. Çok  sıkıcı bir hayatın olmalı, yüzün  hiç gülmüyor.

One day, while returning home from school, Ali saw a child crying on the road. He continued on his way without first paying attention to it. Then she couldn't stand it and turned back to him:

-Are you okay ? said.

-The boy raises his head and says:

-He said, 'I'm not fine, I'm not. Then he looked carefully at Ali.

-He said, "You're Ali, you talked to me for the first time." Ali was surprised and said, "How do you know me?"

-Child:

We live in the same neighborhood as you, I see you all the time when I come and go to school. We are in the same school, but you are always alone. You must have a very boring life, you never smile.

    Ali bunlara çok şaşırdı ve  hemen  sonra itiraz etti:

         Hayır hiçte bile ben yalnız başıma çok eğleniyorum. Oyunlarda hep ben kazanıyorum kimseyle kavga etmeme gerek kalmıyor. Üstelik sıra bekleyerek zaman kaybetmiyorum.

          Çocuk kocaman bir kahkaha attı.

          Bunlar çok sıkıcı işte. Oysa arkadaşlarınla uçurtma yarışması yapsan çok daha mutlu olursun. Oynadıkların gerçek değil ki. Onlar senin sevincini de üzüntünü de paylaşmaz.

          Ali :

          Ama yarışmalarda ve kalabalık oyunlarda hep kavga oluyor. Ben kavga etmek istemiyorum.

Ali was very surprised by this and immediately objected:

   No, not at all, I'm having a lot of fun alone. I always win in games, I don't have to fight with anyone. Moreover, I do not waste time waiting in line.

 The boy laughed out loud.

   These are so boring. However, you would be much happier if you had a kite competition with your friends. What you're playing isn't real. They do not share your joy or sorrow.

 Ali :

-But there are always fights in competitions and crowded games. I do not want to fight.

        Çocuk cevap verdi:

       Oyunlardaki kavgalar küçük anlaşmazlıklar bize çok şey öğretiyor aslında. Mesela hep kazanamayız bunu öğretir. Haklı olduğumuz halde bazen insanlar kabul etmez biz kendimizi savunmak zorunda kalırız yine öğreniriz .Hem de her oyunun  sonu hadi görüşürüz diyerek biter.

       O ne demek ki dedi Ali

       Yani her şey oyun ile biter biz yine aynı arkadaşlığa devam ederiz. Güleriz, üzülürüz, seviniriz ama en sonunda sarılıp devam ederiz.

The boy replied:

  Fights and small disagreements in games teach us a lot. For example, it teaches that we cannot always win. Even though we are right, sometimes people don't accept it, we have to defend ourselves, we learn again. And the end of every game ends by saying let's see you.

 What does that mean? said Ali.

 So everything ends with the game, we continue the same friendship again. We laugh, we get sad, we get happy, but in the end we hug and continue.

    Emin ol bunların hepsi çok güzel ve eğlenceli. Sen de denemelisin. Yarın ip atlama turnuvası var katılmak ister misin?

         Ali düşüneyim , dedi. Katılmak istiyordu ama tam kararını vermemişti. 

          Ali o gece sabaha kadar düşündü. Annesi ve babasının da arkadaşı olmadığına üzüldüklerini biliyordu. Bir kez de olsa denemeye karar verdi . Heyecandan karnına ağrılar girmişti. O gece sabaha kadar uyuyamadı.

Rest assured, they are all very beautiful and funny. You must try too. There is a rope skipping tournament tomorrow, would you like to join?

  “Let me think about it,” Ali said. He wanted to participate, but hadn't quite made up his mind.

  Ali thought until the morning that night. She knew her parents were upset that she didn't have friends either. He decided to try it once. His stomach ached from excitement. He did not sleep until morning that night.
