Hi I am Jessy and here's my story on how I was bullied online. So I had really long and thick hair. It was beautiful hair and I felt only my hair made me look beautiful. But my hair had curls at the bottom, it was not completely straight. So my mom decided to cut my hair in a bob hairstyle. I was not so sure about the idea, but my mom said if I cut my hair then I could grow better hair without any curls. So I agreed.

So we went to the salon and cut my hair. I felt sad seeing my hair fall like that. So after we finished, my mom said I looked cute and I also liked it. So I decided to post a picture online of my new haircut. I couldn't wait for what my friends would say. Then I received some replies. People loved my hairstyle, this was the trend now.

I scrolled down to see more comments and then my eye caught on one comment that said, '' Ugh you had a nice hair why did you cut it. It makes you look fat." I was DEVASTATED. I never thought of myself as FAT. I looked down and saw more mean comments. These people were so rude. I almost started crying. I showed it to my mom and she was surprised too.

I didn't really like it.

She told me it was okay and that people had their dislikes. I was calmed down, yeah she was right. I have seen people putting rude comments on someone else's post. So I just forgot about it and went to sleep. I never want to see those comments again. The next morning I was at school and when I came back to my seat, I saw a crumpled paper.

I opened it and I read it. I was sure it was Mirabel. She would have seen my post. Now Mirabel was my enemy. One time I caught her cheating and told it to the teacher and she was really mad at me. I would tell the teacher whenever she would do something wrong and she always called me ' the teacher's pet', and she would always put me in trouble. I didn't bother it that much. She is just crazy.

I went home and opened my phone, there were still mean comments. I started crying into my pillows. Maybe they were all right. I was ugly with this haircut and I hate it. I was embarrassed. I wanted to delete my picture. So I deleted my post. Then another comment popped up it said, " You got so scared and you deleted it, haha " That was enough. I didn't deserve this.

I was always so kind to people and I never hurt anyone and I was not scared. So I gathered up all my confidence and was on the mission to find out this bully. So first after school I decided to confront Mirabel. I went to her so called gang and asked her. '' What post, what comment I didn't write any mean comments'' She said. Of course she was lying. I asked her username and she said, " As if I would tell you ".

Could you stop sending those comments. I want you to delete them right now.

I was getting really angry. But then I had a plan, In her group there was a girl called Stella. Now I knew one of her secret I decided to use it against her, I didn't really want to but I had no choice. So I called her and said " Do you want the whole school to know that your scared of pools and swimming." I even had a video of her shrieking before a pool. She looked at me.

" Ughm no no " She said, ''What should I do ?" ''Well, tell me what is Mirabel's username online." " Oh it is wackygurl28 " I quickly checked my phone and I saw there was only an emoji from wackygurl28. " Did Mirabel change her username?" I asked. " No she didn't say anything about it." She said. "Okay" then I went.
