Most people perceive that happiness is defined as the result of a process, this process is usually, for example, a goal or an objective and the fact of achieving and concluding it produces a feeling of euphoria and "well-being". On the other hand, some people also define happiness as the "absence of sadness", which can be interpreted as something superficial, because if a person is not happy, it does not necessarily imply that he/she is sad.
Based on the analysis of the responses obtained from 5 people, we conclude the following:

Do you consider that you had a happy childhood and do you think that it has influenced in your current happiness?

People definitely consider that their childhood has affected in the happiness they have today. However, it is important to highlight that not everyone had a happy childhood, some had illnesses, suffered bullying, among other things that didn't allow them to have a totally happy childhood. For example, if a child is unhealthy, he or she should take pills and go to the doctor frequently, something very frustrating at that stage of life. On the other hand, when you are bullied in your childhood is something horrible and it affects you a lot, sometimes you just have to take a deep breath and ignore everything.
And I am going to tell you something else that we could determine, in general if you had a happy childhood, it is likely that you are happy now; but if you didn't have a happy childhood it is more difficult for you to be happy now, obviously it isn't something that happens in all cases, but according to what we have analyzed it is something frequent.
Are you happy with your job? Is there an ideal job for you?

Without a doubt, we all have a job that we aspire to one day have, for example, being an ambassador, being an entrepreneur, doctor, among others. Some of the survey respondents, say that they are happy with their jobs, but at the same time admit that they wish to get one of the mentioned jobs and that they have to work hard to get it. Something we agree with, you should not give up and try hard until you are the person you want to be and, therefore; if you achieve it, you will be happier.

Quention Four
Most people responded that they consider themselves as happy people. Something interesting, because people often don't need big things to be happy and if you think that happiness is only found through money and luxuries, I think you should change your mind and start to see life in a different way, start to enjoy those small but very important moments, when you travel with your family, when you talk with your grandparents, when you meet with your friends, when you play sports, when you listen to music or play an instrument, when you sing in the shower, from those moments true happiness is found.

Also our happiness can be developed in the things that we are passionate about, such as our talents or our jobs, the more we focus on improving this part of our life we can achieve greater happiness.

What would make you happiest?
In life there are many difficulties which keep us from being able to feel happy. We can feel fear, sadness, pain, discomfort for things that we cannot change or we wish we could have experiences that help us feel happier
Our actions and decisions will determine how happy we can become and being aware of this can help us to know if the things we do or the decisions we make are the right ones to feel the happiness that we seek so much.
Also being aware that there are situations that we cannot change and learning to accept why things can help us feel more happiness.
In order to obtain happiness, people shouldn’t worry so much about the things that they cannot change.
Do you consider that physically healthy people are happier? Good health is something necessary to be happy?
