Ford Motor Company, better known as Ford, is a multinational company of American origin, specialized in the automotive industry. In my opinion, Ford is a legendary company!

I think that Mr. Hackett is the person who everyone wants to have in their companies. He is an very amazing person!

James Hackett is a businessperson who has been the head of 6 different companies. Presently, Mr. Hackett is President, Chief Executive Officer & Director at Ford Motor Co. Mr. Hackett is also on the board of Gerald R. Ford Presidential Foundation.

Ford Motor Company was founded by Henry Ford and incorporated on June 16th, 1903, in Detroit, Michigan, US.

At the present, the company has a worldwide presence, thanks to its subsidiaries located in Germany, Argentina, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Spain, India, Mexico, Thailand, Venezuela, among others. And I think that now it´s one of the more famous company around the world.

this company wear at work?

In this company, the clothes depends of what type of work do you do in the company. For example, If you work in the mechanical workshop, you have to wear a blue special uniform. This uniform is pretty, they look as a nurses.

But, if you work in the Ford Offices, like a secretary or in the administration. You can use your own clothes. In this case, I prefer the idea of use my own clothes.

So, just one part of the employees use uniforms!

In this company the employees have a free week for Christmas / New year! Usually from December 24th to January First. But some ex-employees said that Ford M. sometimes didn't respect the holidays...

I hate when the companies abuse and they don't respect their workers. That's terrible!
