Long ago, a giant sea monster known as the Meester Stoor Worm rose out of the sea. It was said that the Stoor Worm’s body stretched halfway around the world. That its one eye was as dark red as fire. That its breath was poison to all living things.

Every day it moved closer and closer to London, England.

The king of London asked the sorcerer for help. “You must give your only daughter, Princess Elena Eva, to the Stoor Worm,” said the sorcerer. “Only then will it leave London alone."

The king went pale and stone. Princess Elena was kind, gentle, and loved by everyone. “Is that the only way to save my people?” the king asked.

“It is the only way, nothing else will work,” the sorcerer said.

The king knew the sorcerer was serious. But he wasn’t ready to give up Princess Elena yet, he didn't want to.

The king sent a message to all of London: The man who can kill the Meester Stoor Worm will get half of the kingdom and Princess Elena as his bride. The king was excited when over a hundred men came forward to the job.

But as soon as they saw the sea monster, they all ran away. The king was sad. He knew the princess had to be offered up to the Stoor Worm.

There was great grief throughout the royal kingdom village.

On the day before the princess would be offered to the monster, a young farm boy went to the main seashore. His name was Liam Alexander.

All his life Liam wanted to be a great hero.

He was determined to defeat the Stoor Worm and save Princess Elena.

Liam borrowed a small boat from the main sea dock. He loaded a bucket of burning coals into it and rowed toward the Stoor Worm. While he was packing his items, he took some water and cooked fish n' chips for the trip.

At the crack of dawn, the monster awoke from his peaceful nap. It slowly opened its huge jaws in a yawn. A great flood of water rushed into its open mouth as it slowly opened up.

The boat and Liam were immediately swept in the Meester Stoor Worm's mouth. Liam was carried down the Stoor Worm’s throat alongside the boat and his supplies.

This book is for my nephew Liam. He's three and this is what I am giving him for his second Christmas, Christmas 2021. I made a similar book for my cousin Scarlett, but I didn't post it. I hope he enjoys this book and I hope you all enjoy it as well. Scarlett's book was called "Scarlet and the Popcorn Dragon". I will publish the book I am making for my niece, Elena, for her 1st Christmas, Christmas 2021, when I finish it. But until then, enjoy.
