"AHHHHHHH!" screamed Katrina, as she sprinted through the library.

"SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME! I'M BEING CHASED BY A STRANGE MAN!"
She ran far away from the man and looked for somewhere to hide. There it was. A small door behind some books in the far corner of the library. She sprinted towards it, but then she stopped. There was a huge issue! The small door was locked! She got up and ran past it trying to find some kind of key. She went up to the front desk and asked the librarian if she had a key to it. The librarian held a key up, and Katrina snatched it and sprinted even faster to the door because the man was quickly approaching.

She got to the door and quickly unlocked it. The door was just big enough that she could crawl through it. She crawled through the door and fearfully locked it behind her. Then, she crawled through the tunnel and into a very dark room. Once she got in the room, she stood up because her legs ached. She started looking around for a light and thankfully found one. "Yes! Thank god I found this room or else I would've been toast!"

"Speaking of toast, I'm really hungry," said Katrina. "I wonder if there's any food in here," Katrina thought aloud. She started looking around for some food to eat. She saw a small fridge and opened it. "Yay!" said Katrina excitedly. "There's food in here! I'm gonna eat this banana because I need to save the rest of this food." she said, "But it does seem a bit suspicious that there just happens to be a fridge in here."
"THIS MAN IS CHASING ME, AND I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO!"

Meanwhile, there was another little boy running through the library.
"AHHHHHH!!! HELPPPPP!!" yelled Billy, as he ran away from the strange, tall man. The man was catching up to Billy very quickly because he was very fast. Billy ran as fast as he could around corners, dodging people, and leaping over stacks of books. "HEELPP!!" he yelled again as he was running.
He saw the front desk and started running as fast as his legs would go. By the time he got to the front desk, he had managed to pull way ahead of the man. He looked at both of the people working at the front desk and said, "Do either of you have a key to a small door in the far corner?"
One said no, but the other one did, so he took it and ran. Once he got to the door, he quickly unlocked it and went in.
He got in there and saw Katrina.
"Who are you??" they both asked at the same time. "Uh... I'm Katrina," she said.
"I'm Billy," he said.
"Why are you here?" asked Katrina curiously.
"I'm here because a man was chasing me."
"So am I!" Katrina shouted. Just then, two more people came sprinting in. They were siblings. One was named River and the other one was Bob. River was older by one year. She was eleven, and Bob was ten. "Why are you two here?" asked Katrina. "We got chased by a strange man," said River.
"We did too," said Billy.
Just then, a loud voice came over an intercom.
"You four kids will have 48 hours to find all of the clues and escape all of the rooms. If you don't," said the loud voice, "you'll be stuck where you left off forever. There is only one rule: NO CHEATING! Your time begins now."
"What does it mean?" asked Katrina.
"I'm so confused." said Billy.
"Yeah, same," River agreed. Bob just stayed silent.
"He's very quiet," said River, looking at Katrina and Billy.
"So how do we find clues?" asked River.
"I was wondering the same thing," said Katrina.
The voice came over the intercom again and said, "Here's your first clue: What's white and only comes with cold?"
They all wearily looked around.
"Snow?" asked Billy. "It's white and only comes with cold," he said.
"Yeah, but where would we get snow?" asked River.
"No clue," he said
"Maybe something made out of snow? Something like that snowman over there?" Katrina sarcastically asked.
"Yup." responded Billy. They all started looking all over and found an Olaf stuffed animal. Then, they all started trying to find something on the snowman. Bob spotted some scissors hidden under a pillow. He took them and cut open Olaf and found a clue.
"I found the clue, guys." he said.
"Good job," said Katrina.
