Addiction is marked by the repeated, compulsive seeking or use of a substance despite it's harmful effects and unwanted consequence so it's defined as mental or emotional dependence on a substance in our discussion today: nicotine is the addictive substance in tabacco.

           How became an Addiction?
Almost all is about nicotine.
Nicotine is chemical in the tabaco plant.
Nicotine can make a person feel midly pleasurable, and relaxed.
This can being just smoking the first cigarette.

• Age of start to smoking is decreasing day by day
• Smoking does not harm only your health it also harms the health of those around you

• Each day 3000 childrens smoke their first cigarette.
• Of the 3000 teens who started smoking today, nearly 5000 will eventually die as a result from smoking.
• On average, males smoke more cigarettes a day than females.
• About 30 percent of teen smokers  will continue smoking and die early from a smoking-related disease.
• On average, smokers die 13 to 14 earlier than nonsmokers.

Many students smoke as a form of rebelion or to feel independent friends who smoke have the ability to convince other teens to smoke. Many students smoke thinking it makes them look better to their peers which leads many to smoke as a way to lose weight

       How can be avoid?
The 5 basic tips are:
  1. Don't allow smoke in your home.
  2. Visit places that enforced non-smoking polices.
  3. Don't allow smoking in your car
  4. Choose smoke-free facilities for your children.
5. Try to be as for away you can from those who smoke.
