My mother works with the body and has a lot of experience and without her we don't go to the store sometimes we like to eat something sweet but we try to stay healthy

Healthy body - a healthy soul

I think we need to get positive first to look after our body

I think we can start from carbohydrates

You just need to know how to consume the main sources of nutrients ( carbohydrates , fats , proteins )and with should be avoided if necessary so that they can be consumed and whit who . Some carbs are good , others should just be avoided , especially when sugar is high.Two criteria should simply be followed:

-The mollusc index 

-Glycemic load

Next we have protein

Fat

First of all fat are an excellent source of energy , maintain a normal body temperature , allow the vitamins (A,E,D,K)

Smoothie bowl : It's a healthy snack we mix it with frozen berries , bananas and water then we blend , you can decorate it with oats or berries on top
