The dictionary definition of spirituality is “the state or quality of being dictated to God, religion, or spiritual things or values, esp as contrasted with material or temporal ones.”

Spirituality for me personally means the power of dictating my own life for the better and being able to maintain a healthy relationship with myself or a healthy balance regarding the three main elements of spirituality, “relationships, values and life purpose”. I find that I can connect to the Holy Spirits through holy objects such as crystals.

The three elements of spirituality are often jumbled up. There are many misconceptions about them, some say that the elements are “body, mind and spirit” others say that they are “relationships, value and life purpose.” The two link very closely; body matching to relationships, mind matching to value, and life purpose matching to spirit.”

One of the main purposes of spirituality is to discover and understand your life purpose and what you were put on this planet to do.

Chakra

The dictionary definition of chakra is “each of seven centres of spiritual power in the human body.” See on the next page the seven chakras and where they are located.

If your chakras don't find the right balance, instead of sending positive energy to you, they will send negative energy to you, causing all your practices of spirituality to turn against you. That is why in this religion, you must divide your attention to all seven chakras and not focus your attention on just one.

The History of Chakras

Chakras have only recently become more well-known, with the growth in popularity of yoga and New Age Philosophies in general. They are a complex and ancient energy system that originated in India. They were first mentioned in Vedas, ancient sacred texts of spiritual knowledge dating from 1500 to 1000 BC. There is a lot to study about them.

Chakra translates to “wheel” and refers to energy points in your body. They are thought to be spinning discs of energy that should stay open and aligned as they correspond to bundles of nerves, major organs and areas of our energetic body that affect our emotional and physical well-being.

Root Chakra:

location: bottom of spine, in the tailbone area

colour: red

meaning: physical identity, stability, grounding

when blocked: arthritis, constipation, bladder issues, financial insecurities 

Sacral chakra:

location: just below bellybutton 

colour: orange

meaning: sexuality, creativity 

when blocked: uti, lower back pain, self worth to do with pleasure

Solar plexus chakra:

location: upper abdomen, stomach area

colour: yellow

meaning: self esteem, confidence 

when blocked: ulcer, heartburn, eating disorder, indigestion, low self esteem

Heart  chakra: 

location: centre of chest, just above heart

colour: green 

meaning: love, compassion 

when blocked: heart issues, asthma, weight issues, feelings of loneliness, insecurity and isolation 

Throat chakra:

location: throat

colour: blue

meaning: communication 

when blocked: voice, throat and oral issues, speak without thinking

Third eye chakra:

location: in between eyes, on forehead 

colour: indigo

meaning: intuition, imagination 

when blocked: headaches, sight issues, concentration issues, hearing problems, 

Crown chakra:

location: very top of head

colour: violet or white

meaning: awareness, intelligence

when blocked: (linked to every other chakra) brain, nervous system, skeptical, stubborn

Crystals emit positive,uplifting, calming and energising vibrations. They help achieve a more peaceful state of mind and revitalised state of being. For some people, crystals help them connect to the Holy Spirits by manifesting with them. Different crystals emit energy for different things. How to manifest at night?

Leave the crystals next to your bed or under you pillow 

How to practice meditative stillness manifestation?

Lay down on the floor, flat on your back, place the crystal on your heart or stomach and meditate.

How to manifest during the day?

With the desired crystal in the palm of your hands, sit down on a chair or cross legged on the floor, close your eyes and visualise white light coming down on your crystal, then in your head or out loud ask for its help or it’s power of a thousand universes/the ultimate god.
