A very long time ago,
in a time when monsters roamed the land,
a town was terrorized by a ferocious Dragon.

Every week,
he demanded that a young woman be offered to him
and he would leave the rest of the town in peace.
By and by,
all of the women were eaten.
The children and men in the town were very sad.

The only woman left...
...was the King’s daughter!!!

The King proclaimed that
whoever could slay the Dragon and save the Princess,
would be offered his daughter’s hand in marriage.
This would mean that
the lucky person would also become King one day!

Meanwhile...
...in a faraway land...
a brave knight named George
heard about the plight of the townspeople and their Princess!

He promised himself that
he would set off at once
and go in search of the Dragon and slay it.

He rode for many days
over steep and rugged mountains,
along narrow valleys and across icy rivers.

Eventually, brave George arrived at his destination.
He told the townsfolk that
he had come to save the Princess from the Dragon.

As he entered the gates,
he noticed the Princess had already been tied to a stake
and was awaiting her fate.
Out of nowhere,
the Dragon appeared!

George began to fight the Dragon!
He struck the Dragon’s chest with his sword,
but the Dragon’s body was as if made of bronze.
Eventually, George managed to creep up behind the Dragon
and chop through it’s mighty tail!

Exhausted after several hours of fighting,
George collapsed and rested for the night
next to a crystal clear stream.
The stream was magic!!!
As he drank from it,
his wounds were healed and energy restored.

The next day,
George woke early to begin his second day of fighting.
The Dragon left his cave and re-entered the town.
