Hello. My name is Cualli. The date in somewhere in the 1518 Summer in mid-August. Today is the most important day of my life. I just became a  Jaguar Knight after training all my life. I was presented with an obsidian axe after I captured four warriors on the battlefield. Today I will begin my hunt for  the ruler of another city. I will say goodbye to my wife and kids and head out with my men. I will take my journal with me but might not use it much.

Today is the day I have been waiting for for 3 months. It is somewhere in the 1518 Winter. My men and I have finally tracked down and captured Ichtaca, a leader of an enemy city. After a 3 month long hunt, I will be glad to return to my wife and son who have been waiting for me since I left. I will also be glad for her cooking because all I have eaten is dried beries and nuts.

It is the 1519 Summer and I have horrible news. Strangers from a far off land have captured our great leader Montezuma and have taken over the city. I will lead a revolution to stop them. They have taken over the city's palace and have weapons last make a loud noise. They are devil spawn and I will defeat them.

It is the fall of 1519. All of our revolutions have failed. Suddenly Montezuma comes out and tells everybody to stand down. Well the crowd doesn't take that to well and take a wild guess what happens. He get Killed by a stone to the head!!!! To be honest I agree with everybody on this one. He is right that we should stop fighting but the conquerors should leave.

Finally we have done it. In the summer of 1520 we drove the conquerors out of the city. Do you see that strong handsome young man right there, thats me fighting for my country. The only problem is that people are suffering from many strange diseases. We need to figure out what going on. 

It is the fall of 1520 and the mysterious plague has not gone away. Our healer have tried  everything to cure it but it does not go away.We will look to the gods for guidance in this tough time.
