HI EVERYONE,

We are three students from Gölcük 15 Temmuz Şehitleri High school.Batın,Samet and Eyüp.We love English so much and it is our first time to take part in such a project.So we are very happy and eager.We have enjoyed the activities we have done so far and we think this will be also a very good common work .

Our school is a newly built one in Gölcük, Kocaeli,Türkiye.It presents various job chances for students.There are nearly 700 students and 50 teachers here .We are so lucky to live in Kocaeli beacuse this is a good attraction for all and we mostly love here as there is Marmara Sea in Kocaeli.

INGREDIENTS

4 tbsp olive oil-1 onion-2 garliccloves,1 tsp chihi flakes,2*400 mg tomatoes,1 tsp sugar,6 tspmascarpone,4 skinless chicken,300 g penne,70 g cheddar, 50 g gratedmozzarella,half bunch of parsley.

Heat the oil in a pan, and add the diced onion and peppers. Cook until the onion is soft and transparent.

Add the tomatoes. Cover the pan with a lid and leave until the tomatoes are soft and cooked.

Break the eggs into a separate bowl and whisk briefly. Add them to the pan with the cooked tomato mix.

Add the salt and any other spices – if you prefer it spicy add some red pepper flakes.

Mix the eggs through the tomato and pepper mixture until the eggs are cooked. Serve hot!

It’s usually eaten with mustard and bread.
