Scenerio: Your characters are eating lunch together when they hear that your school will enforce all 4x4 classes even for AP classes.

It was a pleasant, sunlit day and Laurie Saunders and Deutsch were having a delicious meal together outside in the courtyard. It was the week before spring break, and they were talking about their classes and how content they were with their schedules.

Laurie chuckled at Deutsch’s remark when all of a sudden there was a loud bell sound coming from the intercom. They heard a deep, serious voice talking back to them. Everyone looked at each other puzzled, wondering what the special announcement could be.

“How are your classes Deutsch?” asked Laurie.

Deutsch responded, “Honestly, I could care less about my classes as long as there's lunch.”

“Good afternoon students,” Principal Smith proclaimed. “This is your principal, Mr. Smith. I hope everyone is having an amazing week, enjoying the lovely weather, and getting pumped for spring break!” Mr. Smith let out a laugh. “It has come to my attention that we need to enforce a new schedule for our district.

Due to lack of work and time management we must establish a new schedule for our students. Starting the first week back from spring break, you will be put into 4x4 classes, including AP classes. If you have any comments, questions, or concerns you will speak to me directly. That is all. Enjoy the rest of the school day and enjoy your spring break! Now clean up your lunch and head back to class.”

As they headed back into school, Laurie couldn't help but mention what they just heard.
“How are we supposed to enjoy the rest of our day with that information?” cried Laurie.
Deutsch replied, “I don't think it's that big of a deal. It's not like I'm taking any AP classes anyways.”

“I am though! I can barely keep up with my AP classes on a normal schedule. How will I keep pace with all my classes it if the time is reduced, but the work is still the same?” said Laurie.
“Well, Principal Smith said if you have any questions or concerns speak to him directly. So you best be on your way Laurie,” reasoned Deutsch.
