Cup Cakes

Vanilla Cupcakes

Ingredients:

1 2/3 cup all-purpose flour 

I cup granulated sugar

1/4 tsp baking soda

1 1/2 baking powder

1/4 salt

3/4 unsalted butter (melted)

3 egg whites room temp

1 tbsp vanilla extract

1/2 cup sour cream

1/2 cup whole milk

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place cupcake liners into a cupcake pan.

2. Sift the flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, and baking soda into a large bowl, and whisk together.

3. Separate the eggs. You can use the yolks for a custard or a batch of French buttercream.

4. In another bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients until combined. (The batter may be clumpy do not worry)

5. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients. Fill liners 2/3 of the way up. Bake for About 15 minutes or until tooth pick comes out clean. Serve with you favorite frosting and or ice cream. Enjoy!

Peanut butter Cupcakes

Ingredients:

1 3/4 cups all purpose flour

1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1/4 teaspoon baking soda 

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 1/4 cups light brown sugar

1/2 sour cream

2/3 cup peanut  butter

3/4 cup whole milk

1/3 veg. oil

1 egg

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350. Line 2 muffin tins with 18 paper cupcake liners.

2. Whisk the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large mixing bowl.

3. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the light brown sugar, sour cream, peanut butter, milk, oil, egg, and vanilla.

4. Create a well in the flour mixture and pour in the peanut butter mixture. Whisk until completely combined. Fill the liners 2/3 of the way full. Cook for about 15 minutes or until the toothpick comes out clean. Frost with your favorite frosting. Enjoy!

Chocolate Chip cookies

Ingredients:

3/4 cup brown sugar

3/4 cup sugar

2 eggs

2 cups chocolate chips

1 tsp Vanilla extract

2 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

1 tsp salt

1 tsp baking soda

I cup butter softened

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350.

2. Combine flour, baking soda, and salt in a small bowl. Beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract in a large mixer bowl until creamy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in chocolate. Make small balls and put them onto ungreased baking sheets.

3. Cook for about 8-10 minutes. Let cool and Serve. Enjoy!

M & M Cookies

Sugar cookies

Ingredients:

2 cups sugar

4 large eggs

1 1/2 cups unsalted butter

3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

5 cups flour

2 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon salt

Directions

1. Slice butter into tablespoon-size pieces in a large bowl.

2. Add sugar. Cream together until fluffy.

4. Beat in eggs and extracts until creamy

5. Stir in flour, baking powder, and salt with a spoon. Chill for an hour.

6. Preheat oven to 400. Flour your work space, place some cookies dough and flip coat both sides. Then roll out. Cut out shapes and place on cookies sheet. Bake for 6-8 minutes. Cool before icing. Enjoy!!

White choclate chip cookies

Ingredients:

2 1/4 cups flour

1/2 tsp baking soda

1 cup unsalted butter

1/2 cup sugar 

1 cup packed light brown sugar

3/4 tsp salt

2 tsp vanilla extract

2 large eggs

2 cups white chocolate chips

Directions

1. Heat oven to 350. Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Whisk baking soda, salt, and flour and set aside.

2. combine butter and white sugar with electric mixer. Until fluffy then add brown sugar until well combined.

3. Add vanilla and eggs mix together.

4. Add flour mixture and combine. Then add chocolate chips. 

5. Place on cookies sheet bake for 10 minutes. Enjoy
