This book has been written for all other children and adults by children who have dared to gain insight into their own emotional world by participating in the eTwinning project “My Emotions Meet My Art”.

Once upon a time, in a quiet village, there lived a little girl named Eva. She had a special jar on her windowsill called the Happiness Jar.
Every day, Eva wrote down one thing that made her smile and dropped the note into the jar. “Today I helped my friend,” she wrote one day. “I saw a rainbow,” she wrote another.
Soon, the jar was full of little colorful notes. Her friends grew curious and asked, “Why do you keep putting notes in that jar?
Eva smiled and said, “When I feel sad, I open the jar and read the happy moments. They remind me how beautiful life is.”

Happiness dances like a breeze,
Soft and light between the trees.
Whispering in the morning sun,
A brand new day, Joy has begun.
It lives in a child's bright smile,
A shared moment, a photograph.
When the villagers woke up, they found 'jars of happiness'. This made them very happy. They decided to put notes in the jars. But one of the villagers was not happy. In fact, he was angry because they had done this without asking him. This person was Uncle John, who lived outside the village and did not like anyone.

Uncle John didn't like the idea of jars. He didn't like people being so happy... He immediately broke his jar. But his anger did not subside. One day he went to the village while everyone was at the bazaar. He broke everyone's jar. When the villagers returned home, they saw the broken jars. They were both very sad and very angry.

Where the angry villagers and the children had gathered to decide what to do, the little witch Calm appeared, who was a friend of the children. She advised them to calm down because anger does not solve problems. The children and the adults listened to her.

The children decided to visit Uncle John's house. "It's not right what you did! Would you like something you love to be destroyed?" He replied that he did not regret what he did. So the children decided to teach him a good lesson....

The next day, while Uncle John was sleeping, The children sneak into his house and filled his yard with Jars of Happiness.
But the jars weren't empty. The children had put something inside them that makes them happy. Some put little notes, others toys or candies.
When Uncle John woke up, he saw the jars and turn red with anger.
Without thinking at all, he started smashing them all.
Until, something happen........
When he broke a jar, he saw inside one little snowball like the one he had as a child.

Seeing inside the snowball that the little boy was behaving sweetly and affectionately towards everyone, he felt something strange inside him.

His heart was filled with nostalgia for the beautiful and pure feelings he had had back then.
