Bir zamanlar, gökyüzüne uzanan çamların, serin gölgeler sunan meşelerin ve mis kokulu ıhlamurların yaşadığı büyük bir orman vardı. Bu orman sadece ağaçlardan ibaret değildi; her dalda bir yuva, her kovukta bir umut, her kökte bir yaşam saklıydı.

Günler huzurla geçerken, bir yaz sabahı gökyüzü alışılmadık bir kızıllığa büründü. Önce hafif bir duman kokusu yayıldı. Sonra sıcak bir rüzgâr esti. Ve ardından… alevler.

Ateş sadece ağaçları yakmıyordu; yuvaları, anıları, umutları da sarıyordu.
Her birimiz o gün korkuyu tanıdık. Ama aynı zamanda dayanışmayı da öğrendik.

Neler hissettik? Neleri kaybettik? Ve en önemlisi… Ormanlarımızı korumak için neler yapabiliriz?

Çünkü orman sadece bizim evimiz değil, sizin de nefesinizdir.

Once upon a time, there was a great forest where tall pine trees reached up to the sky, mighty oaks offered cool shade, and sweet-smelling linden trees filled the air with their fragrance. This forest was not made up of trees alone; in every branch there was a nest, in every hollow there was hope, and in every root there was life.

As the days passed peacefully, one summer morning the sky turned an unusual shade of red. First, a faint smell of smoke spread through the air. Then a hot wind began to blow. And suddenly… flames.

The fire was not only burning the trees; it was surrounding homes, memories, and hopes as well.
That day, each of us learned what fear felt like. But we 

also learned the meaning of solidarity.

What did we feel? What did we lose? And most importantly… what can we do to protect our forests?

Because the forest is not only our home — it is also your breath.

Kayın ağaçlarıyla kaplı serin ve gölgeli bir ormanda, göğe doğru uzanan düzgün gövdeli kayınların yaprakları rüzgârla hışırdarken bir gün beklenmedik bir yangın çıktı. İnce kabuklu ve geniş yapraklı kayın ağaçları sıcağa karşı hassastı; alevler hızla dallara doğru ilerlemeye başladı. Ormanın içinde yaşayan çevik bir karaca, ince bacakları ve güçlü duyuları sayesinde tehlikeyi hemen fark etti. Fakat dumanın ortasında kalınca hangi yöne kaçacağını bir an bilemedi. Karaca, keskin koklama yeteneğiyle rüzgârın yönünü bulup alevlerden uzak bir patikaya doğru koştu. Üzgün ve çaresizdi.

In a cool and shady forest covered with beech trees, the leaves of the tall, straight-trunked beeches rustled in the wind when an unexpected fire broke out one day. The beech trees, with their thin bark and broad leaves, were sensitive to heat, and the flames quickly began to climb toward their branches. A graceful roe deer living in the forest immediately sensed the danger thanks to its slender legs and strong instincts. However, when it found itself surrounded by smoke, it did not know which direction to run for a moment. Using its sharp sense of smell, the roe deer found the direction of the wind and ran along a path away from the flames. It was sad and helpless.
