Evdoxia KARANIKA

Aloe vera hand cream
Ingridients
3 tablespoons organic aloe vera gel
1 tbsp organic argan oil
1 tbsp organic sweet almond oil
5 drops organic lavender essential oil
 1 50ml aluminum pump bottle
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients with a mini beater in a stainless steel container and pour the mixture into the aluminum bottle.

1/2 cup argan oil

    2 tablespoons almond oil

    10 drops of carrot seeds oil

    5 drops chamomile essential oil 

Execution: Place the argan oil and almond oil in the container where we are going to pack our cream. Add the carrot seeds oil and then the chamomile essential oil. After mixing all the ingredients together, we can use it in any irritated area of our face or body. It is stored in a dark place, without any heating. It is maintained up to 6 weeks!

Cream with pink hibiscus

1/2 cup coconut oil    katerina- Chr. Tzortzi 4th Gym Ilioupolis

    1/4 argan oil

    2 tablespoons organic hibiscus tea

    Small dose of organic rose petals

    4 drops rose essential oil

Melt the coconut oil at high temperature and add the argan oil. At the same time, cut or mash the hibiscus flowers, which add to the oil mixture. Leave it in the mixture from 2 hours to the whole evening. Drain the hibiscus, using a filter. Place the mixture in its storage container. Add the essential oils of rose and mix. Because of the hibiscus, the cream will have a beautiful pink color.

Moisturizing cream and oil for massage: not to use it on your face.

    4 tablespoons of argan oil

    4 tablespoons jojoba oil or almond oil

    2 tablespoons olive oil

    2 tablespoons olive oil from sunflower seeds

    5 drops of sandalwood essential oil

    5 drops of rose essential oil

    5 drops of bergamot essential oil

 Execution: Mix the oils all together in the container we will choose. Put a small amount and spread it on your skin, rubbing the area gently. Add additional layers depending on the amount we need for our skin. Mix well before each use.

Cream with anti-aging action: It can be used for the face, neck and chest.

Materials:

    2 tablespoons argan oil

    12 drops carrot seed oil

    5 drops of rose essential oil

    5 drops lavender essential oil

 Execution: Mix the oils well in the container of our choice. Spread the mixture on your skin with gentle movements. We start from the chin and go upwards, avoiding the eye area.  Mix well before each use, so that the ingredients do not settle on the bottom of the container.

               Homemade Hair Mask

*1 tablespoon coconut oil

*1 tablespoon natural honey

Mix the ingredients. Gently heat the mixture to relax your scalp, if desired. Apply to wet or dry hair. Tie your hair into a bun and leave it on for 30-40 minutes. Then wash your hair as usual.

                Homemade Deodorant

*2 tablespoons baking soda

*2 tablespoons cornstarch

*3 tablespoons coconut oil

In a small bowl, mix the baking soda and cornstarch. Gently heat the coconut oil until softened and add it to the ingredients. Whisk until smooth. Transfer to a container from which you can remove the mixture once it has hardened. Refrigerate for a few hours. Once hardened, remove from the container and use as usual.

                 Homemade Face Mask

4 tablespoons oatmeal

1 tablespoon honey

1 egg yolk

Mix the oatmeal and honey well. Then add the egg yolk. Apply the mixture to your face and leave it on for about 15 minutes. Then wash it off thoroughly with lukewarm water. If you have oily skin, you can also consider adding a few drops of lemon juice to this mixture.

Turmeric Hair Dye

Stir the turmeric into the hot water until it dissolves completely.

Add the honey and lemon juice and mix until you achieve a smooth paste.

Once the mixture has cooled, apply it from root to tip to clean, damp hair, wearing gloves (as it may stain your hands).

Wrap your hair in a shower cap or plastic wrap and let it sit for 30 to 60 minutes.

Rinse with lukewarm water. You can use a mild shampoo to completely remove any remaining turmeric residue.

Olive Oil Cream

Melt the olive oil and beeswax in a glass bowl using a double boiler (a bowl set over a pot of simmering water).

Once the beeswax has completely melted, remove the mixture from the heat and let it cool slightly to room temperature (just before it starts to set).

If you are adding water or rose water, slowly pour it in once the mixture has cooled slightly and whisk with a mixer until it reaches a creamy white consistency.

Zeytinyağı Demleme: Zeytinyağını ve biberiye dallarını cam bir kavanoza koyun. Kavanozu bir tencere suyun içine yerleştirin (çift kazan yöntemi kullanarak) ve bitkinin özünün yağa geçmesi için yaklaşık 1-2 saat kısık ateşte ısıtın. Ardından yağı süzün.

Süzülmüş biberiye yağını çift kazanlı tencereye geri koyun ve balmumunu ekleyip eriyene kadar karıştırın.

Karışımı ocaktan alın ve biraz soğuduktan sonra (katılaşmadan hemen önce) biberiye esansiyel yağını ekleyin.
