One day, Chester the chicken went for a walk with his best friend, Danny the duck. 

It was a beautiful sunny day to play, and they were in luck.

Danny started to run and jump, like never before. 

Chester didn't know what he was doing anymore. 

Danny said, "I'm trying to fly". 

Chester replied, "Maybe I should give it a try".

Danny began to fly into the air, and Chester could do nothing but stare. 

Danny joyfully yells, "I'm starting to make progress, you see."

Little Chester cries out, "W-wait for me!"

Danny exclaims, "Come on now, don't be shy, it's your turn to take to the sky!"

Chester replies, "You're right, it's time for this chick to take flight!"

As Chester began to realize his feet could not leave the ground, his ears were filled with an unfamiliar sound.

His best friend began to brag and nag. As he did, Chester's shoulders began to sag.

Chester fled to the farm filled with defeat, longing to achieve a dream he could never meet. 

Chester returned home and began to search for his mother.

He knew he could count on her for advice like no other.

Suddenly, his mother appeared, like she could sense that he was near.

He explained how he could not fly and how Danny made fun of him, which made him want to cry.

His mother replied, "Don't let competition get you down and get into your head, but allow it to push you to do your very best instead. Chester, you and Danny were made to have unique gifts, so don't let your differences get you into a tiff".
