Tara loved learning new things. She had curly hair, bright brown eyes, and a tablet she carried everywhere. She called it her “Teamwork Tablet” because she used it to help others.

On the first day of school, Tara noticed her classmates were all different. Some spoke other languages, some wore colorful cultural clothes, and some were shy. Tara liked how everyone brought something special to the class.

During morning centers, Ms. Rivera said, “Today we’ll work together to solve problems.” Tara smiled. She loved teamwork.

At the building station, Tara saw Mateo struggling with the blocks. “Want help?” she asked.

Mateo nodded. “I’m trying to make a tall tower, but it keeps falling.”

Tara opened her tablet and showed a picture of a strong block tower. “Let’s try this shape,” she said.

Mateo’s eyes lit up. “That looks cool!”

Together, they built a tall tower. Mateo cheered. “We did it!”

Tara said, “Teamwork makes everything better.”

Later, during reading time, Mei sat alone with a book written in two languages—English and Mandarin. Tara sat beside her. “I like your book,” Tara said. Mei smiled. “My grandma reads it with me at home.”

Tara used her tablet to translate a word. “Look! It says ‘friend.’”

Mei giggled. “You’re my friend too.”
