Dedication
This book is dedicated to all children who make the world brighter with their kindness, laughter, and friendship. May you always celebrate the colors that make each person unique and remember that together we create a beautiful rainbow of love, respect, and belonging.
With love,
Regina Lui

One bright morning, Ava skipped through the park after a gentle rain. Suddenly, she stopped and looked up.
"Wow!" she whispered.
A beautiful rainbow stretched across the sky like a colorful bridge.
Ava smiled. "Each color is different, but they all belong together. Just like friends!"
As Ava followed the rainbow's colorful path, she met a boy named Leo sitting under a tree.
Leo was drawing pictures with crayons.
"Those are beautiful!" Ava said.
"Thank you," Leo replied with a grin. "Would you like to draw with me?"
Soon the two new friends were laughing and creating colorful masterpieces together.
A little farther down the path, they met Maya.
Maya zoomed toward them in her wheelchair with a big smile on her face.
"That looks like fun!" she said.
"Come join us!" Ava and Leo cheered.
Before long, the three friends were sharing stories and giggling together. The rainbow seemed to shine even brighter above them.
The friends continued their adventure until they met Noah, who was building a sandcastle near the playground.
"Hola!" Noah greeted them warmly.
"What does that mean?" asked Ava.
"It means 'hello' in Spanish," Noah explained.
The friends practiced saying "Hola!" together and laughed as they learned something new. Every friend brought something special to the group.
As the sun climbed higher, the children sat beneath a shady tree to eat lunch.
They talked about their families.
"I live with my grandma," Maya shared.
"My family speaks two languages at home," Noah said proudly.
Leo smiled. "I have lots of cousins who visit every weekend!"
Ava listened carefully. She realized that every family looked a little different, and that made each one wonderful.
After lunch, Ava had an exciting idea.
"Let's create a giant rainbow mural for everyone to enjoy!"
The children got to work right away.
Leo sketched colorful designs.
Ava painted bright stripes.
Maya organized the supplies.
Noah wrote friendly messages on the mural.
Together, they worked as a team.
