"Okay, class!", said Miss Crystal. "Let's watch the school news." "I'm Hannah Baker, a fifth grader.", said Hannah. "And I'm Robin Zander, also a fifth grader!", said Robin. "And I'm Mr. Harris, your principal.", said Mr. Harris. "The winners of the 9,876 contest were Mr. Kyle.", said Robin. "Also, don't forget, it's time for second graders to take their tests.", said Hannah.

"YAY!", shouted Hannah. "It stands for a hard working test that I'm assuming you will fail at.", said Mr. Harris. "But even though, I hope all of you the best of luck. Goodbye." "Oh no!", cried Arianna. "It's a test that Mr. Harris assumes we will fail at. Oh no!" The next morning, Arianna's mom said, "Arianna, wake up. It's time for school, and you have to take that big test today."

And so Arianna woke up. "Oh no!", said Arianna. "Today's the test! I have to think of something. Oh, I know, I'll fake being sick so I don't have to go to school today." "Arianna!", said Arianna's mom. "I'm coming right now!" "Arianna!", said Arianna's mom when she got upstairs. "How many times do I have to-? Oh my god, Arianna, you don't look so well today!"

"I know!", said Arianna in a sick voice. "My head, throat, and stomach hurt all night!" "Oh you poor girl!", said Arianna's mom. "I'll get the thermometer to check your temperature." "But mom.", said Arianna. "I can't miss school! I have that test today!" "Well I'm sorry, but I'm not sure you can go today.", said Arianna's mom. "You'll take it next time!" And so Arianna's mom got the thermometer.

"I'll go downstairs and throw away my breakfast, and keep this in your mouth.", said Arianna's mom. "Ha ha ha ha ha ha!", said Arianna when her mom was downstairs. "She's so gullible. Good thing I have hot chocolate." And so Arianna put the thermometer in hot chocolate. "Arianna, let's see your temperature!", said Arianna's mom.

And so Arianna's mom found out that Arianna's temperature was 104.7 degrees. "Oh you poor Arianna!", said Arianna's mom. "You cannot go to school today. You will probably make up the test next month. Call me if you need anything!" And so Arianna's mom left the room. "Ha ha ha ha!", said Arianna after her mom was gone. "Now I can go on my MacPlay."

"Oh no!", cried Arianna when she heard her mom coming. "Mom's coming!" And then she rushed back into her sick position. "Arianna!", said Arianna's mom. "I brought you some chicken and brussell sprout soup! It will make you better." "But mom.", said Arianna. "I chicken and brussell sprouts. Besides, I feel too sick to eat anything!"

"Arianna.", said Arianna's mom. "Do you want to feel better, or not?" "Yes I do, but can I at least have it later?", asked Arianna. "Okay.", said Arianna's mom. After Arianna's mom left the room, Arianna went back on her MackPlay. Then she started watching videos. "Ha ha ha ha.", laughed Arianna after the video was over. And then her mom came in again.
