He came up with an idea though, when his friend glycolysis offered to make him smaller!

Now, Glucose thought this was the best idea ever!!! Glycolysis told him he only needed him and he would break him down without hurting him, into something smaller that consisted of pyruvates and atp. He did, however, need to do it in glycolysis' home, called cytoplasm.
