For everyone and everything lost on the road to beauty and acceptance.

Step 1: Don’t change anything about yourself. You don’t need to lose weight, or curl your beautifully straight hair, or any of that to be “pretty”. You are beautiful just how you are.

Step 2: Look in the mirror and tell yourself that you are beautiful. Believe it, don’t just say it. You’re not conceited. You are confident. In fact, go to the mirror right now and say it. Tell yourself:
“I am beautiful. I am strong. I will not let anyone say otherwise, because I am pretty. I am confident, and I will conquer whatever I want to. Whatever I can. I am pretty.”

Step 3: Ignore anyone who tells you that you are ugly. They are the true ‘uglies’.

Step 4: Be a kind person. Be pretty inside, and you will be pretty outside, too.

Step 5: Care.

Step 6: No matter what you look like, no matter who you like, no matter what or who you are, if your heart is kind, and you are kind, then you are truly
PRETTY
You are pretty. You didn’t need this manual to tell you that. You knew it all along, somewhere in your subconscious mind. So be pretty. Make your soul, your heart, your self, pretty.
Outer beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Inner beauty is visible to all.
You don’t need to impress anyone. If they don’t love you for you, they don’t truly know or love you.
20 Things I Love About Me:
Here, write one thing that you love about yourself, whether it’s how you look or how you act. Tell yourself that you matter. Love who you are. Try to find at least one thing per day, if not more. It’s not conceited. You matter, a lot, no matter what even you can sometimes think. When you’re sad, read these out loud. I promise, it’ll help you feel better.
