Battle of GonzalesI went into a Battle today. Turns out these Texans
stole our cannon. So we went to go ask for it,
"nicely", but they refused.
Settlers Buried the cannon and sent for
reinforcements. Well, at least that is what my DEAD
friend told me before the battle. We explored to see
if we could get to the cannon, but the ferry ropes
were cut! I swear I'm going to kill these muchachos.
We were getting attacked, but I could see... the
cannon! I also saw a flag and it said, "COME AND TAKE
IT"
Well that's not a good sign. So, we ended up
withdrawing to San Antonio. There was no turning back
now. The war had begun. I told them I went to the
bathroom just to write this letter. I should go now.

March Of San Antonio & Battle of San Antonio
We are low on food, supplies, safety. It's hard to
live these days. We lost a guy a few hours ago. Maybe
days ago, I don't count. He just ran off to see if he
could do anything with the Texans. He's probably
jailed by now, but that's not our business anyways.
He's a casualty.
PPPPPPPPPEEEEEeeeeeeeeeeeWWWWWWWwwwwwwwSSSShhhh! Is
all we heard. The texans were here to attack! We
ended up losing too many men. We can't risk losing
more, so we decided to just surrender and go back to
Mexico.
I don't like Santa Anna, but obviously he had to get
into this mess and ruin everything, so we are getting
prepared to fight some Texans. At this point I'm sure
we are going to lose.
We'll see if I make it back to make another letter.
Porfavor Alludame God.

Battle of the AlamoDAY 1
Santa Anna has decided we are going to attack the
Texans at the Alamo in San Antonio.
DAY 4
I just saw a man blow off some ones brain off! What
was his name again? William B. Travis? Something like
that. Well, we have lost about 20 people over the
last few days.
DAY 46
We are really close to defeating these Texans! Dios
Mio! I think we might have a chance on winning this!
LAST DAY: MARCH 6, 1836
Santa Anna rose up a flag with blood on it. I
believe that means that we are going top kill them
all! Let's just say we already won! I did almost get
killed today, but oh well it doesn't matter. We won!
Just as I reloaded my pistol one came out and
shouted, "WE WON!" Well I go now to party!
We'll see what other craziness we get into next
time! Bye!

Texas Declaration of Independence& Constitution pf 1836
Today something interesting happened. I was walking home and
I found a newspaper on the ground. I read some very
interesting facts.
Lorenzo de Zavala had sured in the Mexican congress and 58
more people. Gorge C. Childress chaired the commitee in
charge of drafting the document declaring independence. And
turns out, wrote most of the declaration and used the U.S's
Declaration as a template.
The delegates used the U.S constitution as a model & they
created a government with 3 branches. The legislative branch,
in which makes the laws. They are carried out by the
executive branch. And then the judicial branch provides court
system. So then since the Texas was still at war, the
delegates created an ad-internim. David G. Burret was
selected president and Lorenzo was vice president.
I'm gonna head out now, bye!

Runaway ScrapeFew days ago I was heading towards the Town of Gonzales
and battle. Well, not me by my self. I had Santa Anna and
699 other men with me.
It was a long journey, but it just seemed like we lost people
per minute. Meh, no me importa.
Once we were there, everything was burning down. Some
one said, "Maybe they knew we were coming. The burned
this place down to burn the supplies for us not to have access
to it!"
After that day, I saw a newspaper stating how a slave
described what was happening. Many people died of diseases
and hardships auring this event... Santa Anna... Geez.

Goliad MassacreWe were in Victoria. We fought over 500 Texan
soldiers! It's terrible, I don't want to go through this!
Come on Santa Anna, we already lost. By the end of the
day we had captured over 400 soldiers.
General Urrea captured James Fannin! Wow, we might
have a chance!
As you know, I don't like Santa Anna. He said for us to
kill all the soldiers! When it was Fannin's turn, he asked
for three simple wishes... We just killed him... Didn't do
his wishes. That's it. I'm going to the Texan side.
Mexicans are just some cruel monsters!
I snuck out and I ended up following a girl. She was
helping some Soldiers get away. Her name was Francita
Alavez. I deserved better than the Mexicans. Thank god
for letting me have another chance to be in the Texan
side.

Battle of San JacintoAs you may know, I am on the Texan side now. Sam
Houston accepted me because I helped the Texan. We
have exciting news! Just so you know, don't forget
this battle cry, "Remember The Alamo. Remember The
Goliad"
We snuck up on the Mexicans in the middle of the
night. We screamed our battle cry as we shot them! We
were in a huge battle and General Houston was not to
be seen! The following day, he returned and was
with... Santa Anna?
They put him in a room to talk and they were the
there for nearly two hours! Next thing I know, is we
got the independence!
Texas has officially become independent and we are
free from mexicans! No more battle! No more death! No
more... journal entries....
