In the jungle, Father and Mother Wolf live in a cave with their four cubs.

One night, there is a noise out of the cave; Father and Mother Wolf go out and... surprise!

"Wow! Is he a man cub?" Mother Wolf asks. "Yes, he is, but we can't keep him!" says Father Wolf.

But Mother Wolf gives milk to the baby.

Shere Khan, a big tiger, arrives and roars: "Give me the baby! He is my dinner!"

"This baby is not your dinner! Go away!! Says Father Wolf and the tiger goes away.

Mother Wolf says: "Let's call him Mowgli."

After some nights, there is a meeting with all the wolves and Akela, their Head. All the cubs are admitted to the group, but when it's Mowgli's turn Akela says: "He is not a wolf! He can't stay with us!"

A voice says: "Please, accept him. I can teach him how to live in the jungle!" He is Baloo, a big bear.

"Accept him!" says another voice. "I can give you a cow to eat". He is Bagheera, a strong panther.

"Then the baby is one of us" says Akela.

Mowgli is happy to stay with the wolves.

One day Baloo, Baghera and Mowgli are under a tree.

Suddenly some monkeys take Mowgli and jump from tree to tree far from Baloo and Bagheera.

There is a bird in the sky; Mowgli can speak the language of all animals: "Tell Baloo that I am with the monkeys!"

In the jungle, Baloo and Bagheera are worried.

The bird arrives and explains where Mowgli is.

Baloo and Bagheera call Kaa, a big snake.

The three friends go to Monkey City.

At the Monkey City, the monkeys dance around Mowgli.

At night all the monkeys sleep. Bagheera attacks the monkeys with his claws and Baloo hits them with his paws.

Mowgli, Bagheera and Baloo escape from Monkey City.

Kaa turns his head left and right with his yellow eyes on the monkeys. All the monkeys fall asleep under the hypnotic spell of the snake.

Mowgli is happy and says. "Thank you, my friends!"

After some years in the jungle, Mowgli is a tall and strong boy, but he can't stay with Father and Mother Wolf any longer: Shere Khan still wants to kill him.

"Goodbye Father and Mother Wolf! I love you!", says Mowgli one day and then he walks to the men's village.

The people in the village look at the boy and suddenly a woman says: "He is my son!"

Mowgli is happy in the village with his mother, but he misses the jungle.

One night, he goes to the jungle and meets his Brother Wolf. "Hi Mowgli! Shere Khan is in the jungle", says Brother Wolf. "Where is he?" asks Mowgli." He is full of food and asleep under a tree", answers Brother Wolf.

"So, it's time to attack!" says Mowgli. They prepare a plan: there are some buffaloes and cows nearby. Mowgli and Brother Wolf run after the buffaloes and the cows.

The buffaloes and the cows run in every direction and kill Shere Khan.

Mowgli talks to his Brother Wolf: " I want to live with you!"

And they live happily in the jungle.
