Bir yıl daha geçmiş ve anneler günü gelmşti. Deniz annesi için hazır bir hediye almak istemiyordu. Çünkü annesinin her şeyi vardı. Ona vereceği hediye çok özel olmalıydı. Düşünürken öğretmeninin sıfır atık hakkındaki anlattıklarını hatırladı. Her zaman atılacak malzemeleri farklı işlerde kullanmak için değerlendirebileceğini biliyordu. Hemen işe koyuldu. Çöpten bir şişe aldı. Annesinin örgülerinin içinde kalan yünleri ,birkaç tane de pipet alarak odasına gitti. Şişeyi yünlerle rengarenk sardı. İçine pipetleri koydu. Pipetlerin üzerine rengarenk çiçekler çizerek kesip yapıştırdı. İşte hediyesi hazırdı. Akşam annesine hediyesini verdiğinde hem annesi hem de kendisi çok mutlu olmuştu. Çünkü annesi Deniz'i bu davranışından dolayı kutlamıştı.

Öğretmeni kimler bu projeye katılacak diye sorduğunda ilk parmak kaldıran Deniz olmuştu."Haydi İş Başına Atıkları Sıfırla" adındaki bu proje onu çok heyecanlandırmış ve arkadaşları ile birbirinden güzel etkinlikler yapmışlardı.İşte şimdi öğrendiklerini uygulamanın tam sırasıydı.Yarın öğretmenler günüydü ve Deniz çok sevdiği öğretmenine evdeki boş kavanozlardan bir kalemlik ve bir vazo yapmaya karar vermişti. Atık malzeme kullanarak yapacağı bu hediye öğretmenini çok mutlu edecekti.Deniz kendisiyle gurur duydu ve cam kavanozları boyamaya başladı.

When her teacher asked who would participate in this project, Deniz was the first to raise a finger.This project called "Zero Waste"excited her and she did great activities with her friends.Now was the time to practice what she had learned.Tomorrow was teachers' day and Deniz decided to make a pen case and a vase from the empty jars in the house for her beloved teacher. This gift in which she would use  waste materials will make her teacher very happy.Deniz was proud of herself and started painting glass jars.

Anneler Günü yaklaşıyordu. Denizlerin oturduğu apartmanda  yalnız yaşayan yaşlı bir teyze vardı.Hiç çocuğu yoktu.Deniz annesine o teyze için bir Anneler Günü  hediyesi hazırlamak istediğini söyledi.Annesi çok sevindi ve bende  hediyeyi yapmana yardım ederim dedi.Deniz ''okulda öğretmenim geri dönüşüm konusunu anlattı. Atık malzemeleri tekrar değerlendirmek çok önemliymiş. ''dedi.Deniz'in annesi  ''bizde eski kavonozları değerlendirip güzel bir vazo yapalım  o zaman.''dedi.

Deniz ve annesi kavonoz,tül parçaları, düğmeler,yapıştırıcı kullanarak güzel bir vazo yaptılar. Deniz,Anneler Günü'nde yaptığı vazonun içine bahçeden topladığı papatyaları koydu.Deniz çok mutluydu.Çünkü  atıl durumdaki kavonozdan harika bir vazo yapmışlardı,hem de yaşlı ve kimsesiz birini sevindirecekti.Deniz mutlu  bir şekilde teyzenin evinin yolunu tuttu.

Mother's Day was approaching. There was an elderly aunt living alone in the apartment where Deniz lived.He had no children.Deniz said to her mother that she wanted to prepare a Mother's Day gift for her aunt.Her mother was very happy and said, "Let's make the gift together."

Deniz '' My teacher told me about recycling. It was very important to recycle the waste materials. ''said.

Deniz and her mother made a beautiful vase using jars, tulle pieces, buttons, glue.Deniz was very happy.Because they made a wonderful vase from the dormant jar.she would delight someone old and lonely.Deniz went happily to her aunt's house.

Yeni yıl geliyor...

Yeni yıl geliyordu, Deniz bir yaş daha büyüyecekti. ailesine yeni yıl hediyesi hazırlamak istiyordu. Öğretmenleri bir kaç gün önce Deniz ve arkadaşlarına kavanozdan kar küresi yaptırmıştı. Deniz kar küresini çok beğenmişti. Ailesine kendi elleriyle hazırladığı bir hediye etmek istiyordu. Mutfaktan boş olan kavanozları alarak kendi elleriyle ailesine hediye hazırlamıştı. Yeni yıl gecesi gelmiş ve anne ve babasına kar kürelerini hediye ettil. Annesi Denizin kendi elleriyle hazırladığı kar küresini görünce çok mutul olmuştu.

New year is coming ...

The New Year was coming, Deniz was going to grow another year. He wanted to prepare a new year gift for his family. A few days ago, his teachers had Deniz and his friends made a snow globe from the jar. Deniz liked the snow globe very much. He wanted to give his family a gift he prepared with his own hands.

He took empty jars from the kitchen and prepared a gift for his family with his own hands. The New Year's Eve has come and we have presented snow globes to her parents. His mother was very happy when she saw the snow globe prepared by the sea with her own hands.

Deniz o sabah uyandığında çok üzgündü. Çünkü gece su içmeye kalktığında su aldıktan sonra;  şeker de almak için elini uzattığında şekerliği kırdı.  Hatasını telafi etmek istiyordu. Okula geldi durumu öğretmenine  anlattı. Öğretmeni ona atık kavanozlardan yeni bir baharat takımı yapabileceğini söyledi. Evden Deniz için kavanoz getirdi. Deniz bu kavanozları boyaları ile boyadı. Öğretmeni ile birlikte tüllerle süsledi. Çok güzel bir baharat takımı yaptı. O günde annesinin doğum günüydü. Kavanozları güzelce paketledi.  Annesine sürpriz hediye paketini verdi. Annesi çok mutlu oldu.

Deniz , okuldan eve geldi. Annesine kendisine verilen proje ödevinden bahsetti. Proje ödevi tasarruf hakkında idi. Deniz   para biriktirmek için para kutusu yapmak istiyordu.Annesinden Metal kapaklı  cam bir bir kavanoz istedi. Cam kavanozu boyadı ve süsledi. Metal kapağa paranın geçeceği kadar bir boşluk açtı. Artık Deniz'in bir para kutusu var idi.Deniz bir ay boyunca tasarruflu davranıp para biriktirdi. Cam kavanozdan yapmış olduğu  para kutusunu okula götürdü. Öğretmeni cam para kutusunu çok beğendi. proje ödevinden tam puan aldı.  Deniz ödül olarak cam kavanozdan paralarını çıkarıp kendine bir çok kitap aldı.

Deniz came home from school. He told his mother about the project assignment he was given. The project was about saving homework. The sea wanted to make money box to save money.

He asked his mother for a jar of glass with a metal lid. The glass jar was painted and adorned. He opened up a hole in the metal cover just enough for the money to pass. Deniz now has a money box idi.Deniz spent a month saving and saving money.

He took his money box out of a glass jar to school. The teacher liked the glass money box very much. received full points from the project assignment. Deniz took his money from the glass jar as a reward and bought many books for himself.
