Percy Pencil Versus The Pens

One day, on the P3a writing table, Percy decided he'd had enough.  He was tired of being told he wasn't as important as "The pens".  He set off, determined, across the great paper plains of P3a to put things right - forever!

When Gary Graphite and Charlie Charcoal realised what was happening, they immediately alerted the head of the HB's.  This was going to require a coming-together of all the pencils; the HB's, the Graphites and every single coloured pencil known to paper!

Never before has a pencil been so brave! Taking on the pens on his own, what a pencil!

Ohhh Percy, we love you!

As word of his mission spread, Percy was gathering a few fans.  Astounded and amazed at how this tiny pencil from the P3a writing table was going to take on, and defeat, the all-powerful pens!

Some of the older HB's were not impressed by his antics, "If he loses this battle, we are finished! Our great reign in schools will be forgotten about.  The pens will take over forever, especially if all the commotion wakes up the rubbers"

A very foolish young pencil has started an unwinnable war against the pens. Does he not understand that his place is below the pens, always?  He cannot do what the pens do!

On his way across the great paper plains, Percy had no idea how much of a stir he had caused by setting off on his mission.

The thing is that Percy didnt really want to start a war.  He wanted the pens and the pencils, in fact - all stationery, to work together and put their differences aside for good.
